One of the ideas within Asgardia's concept is to protect Earth from space threats. Changes in the Earth's magnetosphere could destroy the  protective layer of our planet and geomagnetic reversal could deeply impact our civilisation in the future. What steps could we take to address these issues in Asgardia?

You know, this is something that has always confused me. Why would the reversal of the magnetosphere destroy the Earth? It isn't disappearing, it's just flowing in the opposite direction. Particles already in transit would simply reverse direction. There may be a period where the particles are not moving, ...

It's apparently a geologically regular event. Doesn't harm the Earth at all, but does increase radiation flux closer to Earth's surface. Sun Cream sales will flourish.
