With my first blog post I want to introduce myself.

My name's Zhenya, I'm 23 born in Russia and grew up in Germany and Russia. I'm bilingual in nature and I have been part of both countries and their cultures. Because of that I didn't see myself as a Russian or German, but as an individual, living being of this earth, an earthling. Through out my life I spent a lot of my time introspecting, dreaming and thinking of ways on how to make them come true. Right now I am studying holistic healing as a steppingstone towards a career as a researcher on humans conciousness and therapist. People that have strongly influenced my way of thinking: Alan Watts, Carl Rogers, my teacher on psychology (didn't ask if I can use his name so I won't) and my mother. I am certain that every emotion originates from love and I am optimistic that we as humanity will find a common ground build on communication and understanding so that we can work and grow exponentially together.

And now I am working towards achieving those goals, to be each day the best me I can be and who knows maybe one day I'll get the chance to help build a new and exciting community!

Die Folgen nichtfreier Drucke kann man in Deutschland recht gut beobachten. Man darf nicht einmal die Gesetzestexte abschreiben und verteilen, weil deren Vervielfältigung einer Firma unterliegt welche vom Bundestag bestimmt wird und dieser Firma dann Geld entgeht.

I think all documents and symbols of asgardia should be stand under a free license such as creative commons license. Because all member of asgardia should copy and transfer the symbols and documents without paying money to a goverment or factory. In germany this is a problem.

Ich denke rechtliche Belange sollten möglichst in der Muttersprache diskutiert werden und die Ergebnisse zur Konsensfindung in andere Sprachen übersetzt werden. Leider habe ich kein Forum in deutscher Sprache zur Diskussion der Verfassung gefunden.

Vielleicht zum Start ein paar Anmerkungen:

* Konstitutionelle Monarchie ist für mich ok wenn der Monarch nur Repräsentant ist und der Rest ausschließlich über Volksentscheide läuft.

* Einen zum Rest der Welt inkompatiblen Kalender finde ich nicht gut aber wenn es denn der Wille aller ist so sollte er auch in der Verfassung verankert werden - hab ich evtl. überlesen?

* Der Gor als Währung? Name ist mir egal aber sinnvoll wäre eine dezentrale Kryptowährung zu nutzen. Es sollte dann auch in der Verfassung stehen, dass es eine Kryptowährung ist oder eben nicht ist. Mit der Schaffung einer Staatsbank den gleichen Fehler des überholten Finanzsystems in der Menschheitsgeschichte zu wiederholen finde ich nicht gut.

* Verfassungsänderungen sollten prinzipiell von den Bürgern vorgeschlagen werden und nicht von der Regierung. Es gibt inzwischen Software um verteilt zu einem Thema einen Konsens zu finden. Diese sollte für die Einbringung von Verfassungsänderungen genutzt werden und dann der Konsens als Volksentscheid bearbeitet werden.

*  Die Begrifflichkeiten König und Königsrat in der deutschen Version stimmen mich als Leser eher bedenklich in Bezug auf Gleichheit.

* Insgesamt finde ich die Verfassung zu lang.
