This public holiday holds great significance for Asgardia, as it commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Unity, our precursor to the Constitution, on 1 Leo 0001 (18 June 2017). It was a pivotal moment when the Head and Founder of Asgardia, Dr. Igor Ashurbeyli, launched the vote on the Constitution, which was embraced by an overwhelming majority of Asgardians (almost 73%) on 28 Libra 0001 (9 September 2017). As emphasized in my program, my primary focus lies in fostering relationships rather than solely relying on resources. In my view, the most valuable asset of Asgardia is its people. Each citizen possesses a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and a myriad of experiences acquired throughout their lives in various societies and cultures. This collective wealth is the nation's most crucial resource, a treasure that must be harnessed. My plan involves developing a mechanism through which members can transcend the virtual realm and actively engage in the advancement of Asgardia by forming specialized working groups. By coming together across diverse industrial, commercial, and cultural fields, we can achieve remarkable feats. This endeavour requires effective leadership and the implementation of frameworks outlined in my plan, aligning with our ultimate goal. I firmly believe that respect and recognition should be earned through one's accomplishments and contributions rather than being bestowed upon us by others. This is the future we must collectively build. To foster citizen participation, we need to instil enthusiasm and motivation. Unlike the modern world, where economic factors often shape values and relationships, we will restore ethics as the foundation of our connections. Let us step away from the fast-paced train of modernity, which has brought feelings of desolation and solitude, and instead construct a dynamic, healthy, and resilient society. It is a society that truly deserves its place among the stars. همانطور که در برنامه ی خودم عنوان کردم، تمرکز من به جای منابع بر روی روابط خواهد بود. به نظر من مهمترین داشته ی آسگاردیا، مردم آن است. هر شهروند یک تخصص، یک دانش، یک سری تجربیات و البته روابطی دارد که آن‌ها را طی عمر خود و در هر جامعه و فرهنگی که بوده، کسب کرده است. این مهمترین منبع این ملت و در واقع گنجی است که باید از آن استفاده شود. برنامه ی من تدوین ساز و کاری است که اعضا از دنیای مجازی خارج شده و فضای منفعلانه را ترک کنند تا با تشکیل کارگروه‌های تخصصی، هر چه بیشتر فعالانه در پیشرفت آسگاردیا مشارکت کنند. این ملت می‌توانند در زمینه‌های مختلف صنعتی و تجاری و البته فرهنگی گرد هم آیند و با تشکیل کارگروه‌های تخصصی، دستاوردهای بزرگی را پدید آورند. البته که این نیازمند رهبری و چهارچوب‌های کارآمد است که برنامه و هدف اصلی من را شامل می‌شود. من معتقدم احترام و رسمیت را باید به دست آورد، با جایگاه و دستاوردها، این چیزی نیست که دیگران آن را به ما بدهند. این آینده‌ای است که باید آن را بسازیم. ما نیاز به ایجاد اشتیاق و انگیزه برای مشارکت شهروندان داریم. ما برخلاف دنیای مدرن، ارزش گذاری و روابط را بر پایه‌ی اقتصاد نمی‌گذاریم بلکه اخلاقیات را به روابط خواهیم آورد. ما از قطار سریع مدرنیته که چیزی جز افسردگی و تنهایی به ارمغان نداشته است، پیاده خواهیم شد و جامعه‌ای پویا، سالم و قوی را خواهیم ساخت. جامعه ای که واقعا لیاقت آن، در میان ستارگان باشد.
