Dear all, TITLE: Proposal to Provide 'Laws and Regulations Search Service' Various laws and regulations were developed in the first Parliament. It is expected that many laws and regulations will be developed in the second Parliament. However, at present, it is painstaking work to access specific laws and regulations in Asgardia. In Asgardia, which adopts a system of separation of powers, laws and regulations concern our executive, our judiciary, our legislature, and all Asgardians. Therefore, it is desirable that all parties have easy access to the laws and regulations of Asgardia. Therefore, as part of our administrative services, I propose to provide a 'Laws and Regulations Search Service' based on the classification and systematization of the numerous laws and regulations that have been developed in Asgardia. Dear All, TITLE: Proposal for Measures to Speed up the 'Velocity of Circulation of Money' in Asgardia GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is generally used as one of the indicators to measure the national wealth of a country. In my opinion, the bigger the GDP of Asgardia, It is more likely that Asgardia will be recognized as a nation. And one way to increase GDP, according to 'Fisher's Equation of Exchange', is to increase the 'Velocity of Circulation of Money' within the country. So, I propose the following plan to speed up the Velocity of Circulation of Solars, Asgardia's currency. 1. Partnering with Merchants: To promote the use of Solars in Asgardia by partnering with online stores and companies that have Solars available in Asgardia. Asgardia's digital platform can offer special discounts and promotions to Asgardians through partnerships with merchants. This could create incentives for Asgardians to use Solars and increase the Velocity of Circulation of Solars. 2. Introduce a Tipping or Reward Mechanism: Introducing Solars tipping or rewards for content creation or activities in Asgardia could motivate Asgardians to participate. If Asgardians are rewarded for sharing useful information and content, Solars usage will increase and the Velocity of Circulation of Solars will improve. 3. Collaborate with Influencers: Work with influencers and celebrities on social networking sites to promote the use of Solars. Dear all, Title: Proposal for Asgardia's Economic and Monetary Development Policy Using Product Advertising Recently, the phenomenon of product advertising on social blogs on Asgardia's digital platforms has become commonplace. This phenomenon has both positive and negative aspects as follows. Positive aspects: This phenomenon can be seen as the emergence of commerce using Asgardia's digital platforms. In other words, it suggests that Asgardia's digital platform could be used for commercial purposes. Negative: This phenomenon has nothing to do with the Asgardian economy. Also, many Asgardians would feel uncomfortable with them promoting their products on social blogs. To take advantage of the above positive aspects and eliminate the negative aspects, I propose that the following policies be made into law. (1) Only businesses that have signed a business partnership agreement with Asgardia should be allowed to place product ads on Asgardia's digital platform. Of course, all business partners should undergo strict identification and credit checks from a consumer protection perspective. And we should also restrict non-business partners from doing business in Asgardia without permission. (2) Businesses in (1) above shall offer Solar, the currency of Asgardia, payment options to the other party to the transaction on the same terms and conditions as other payment methods when conducting commodity transactions with the Asgardian government and Asgardia. I think that government of Asgardia shall establish a system that allows Members of Parliament to refer to the below economic statistic data at any time and from any place, thereby contributing to discussions on the further activation of economy of Asgardia. I would like to make the following things into a law. So, I would appreciate your support. In view of the current state of digital space nation system of Asgardia, I propose the creation of statistics that are most important to the economy of our nation and for which relevant data may be easily obtained.
