As a mobile Telecommunications network engineer,  I suggest that we design project for the creation of an own Asgradia mobile network with its own numbering plan and its own SIM cards. With this, Asgardians can use their own mobile SIM card and their own phone number everywhere.

If idea agreed, This project will also require a roaming agreement between Asgardia mobile network and at least one of the mobile operators in the country where there are asgardians. Asgardia citizen can then registered his SIM in his home country and make call between asgardiens and all the world.

The new Asgardia nation will then have its own numbering plan and its own Mobile Space Network. Calls from an Asgardian to another landed citizen will be identified from the Asgadia Space Nation as a call coming from Austria +43 xxx or Germany + 49xxxx

In this case, it will be necessary to choose a country code for Asgardia with the International organization (ITU, GSMA, ETSI etc..).
