Another "easy to implement" feature is 2-Factor Authentication. It will be great to have one of the implementations. I prefer one-time codes which generate by google authenticator or 1Password. It will dramatically improve account security.

Sure it's not. All of it could be created incrementally. For example. First app version could consist of auth flow and profile information. KYC - external provider. It will cover the basic features. So in future, just increase functionality release by release.
