Elon Musk recently revealed that Space X is about to send the crewed mission to Mars. A lot of people ask the same question all the time. Why NASA and Space X is so obsessed with Mars's colonization when Venus is more like Earth and the distance to this planet ...

Is it possible that in the future our technology can be so advanced that we will be able to travel to venus? As far as I know that Venus is the planet that is most like Earth. But because of the high temperature and atmospheric pressure, it`s impossible now for ...

We can do it but should we? It's really hot on Venus. What would really be cool as if we sent robotic probes to sample the atmosphere in different places and different levels the test for possible microbial life.
Jan 8, 21 / Aqu 08, 05 13:57 UTC
It will not only be possible, but I will be harvesting the Venetian atmosphere to terraform Mars. After all, if it wasn't for Venus stealing the Martian atmosphere during the age of Rome they would both resemble the form and climate of Earth.
Jan 7, 21 / Aqu 07, 05 09:47 UTC
it is possible to survive on Venus at an altitude of about 70 km where the temperature and pressure are similar to those on Earth. Cities supported by balloons have already been considered and designed.

There are some special satellites that control earthquakes, volcano eruptions, and tsunami. I assume such satellites are used to predict these dreadful events and prevent humans from them. As for me, this project is very useful and worth the amount of money that was invested to make it. https://www.skyrora.com/post/volcanoes-from-space

I found recently the peace of news that there is a theory that for traveling to Mars NASA wants to build a nuclear plant to make fuel for rockets that traveling to the red planet. What are your thoughts about that point? Is it plausible at all?

This is very possible. A thorium pebble bed breeder reactor could produce energy for the moon and fuel for space craft also

Dec 20, 20 / Cap 19, 04 10:54 UTC
In my opinion we should think twice before sending spaceships, rockets or satelits into space. We should pay special attention at space debris, gravitational issues, atmosphere contamination, etc. If we will continue in the way we did, this planet has no chance to survive.

If the Earth had multiple moons (let's say 10) all equally visible to us and about the same size as our current moon, what effect if any, would that have on our planet?
Dec 20, 20 / Cap 19, 04 18:17 UTC
It would have a huge effect, as the single moon we have is already responsible for gravitational effects on us, such as the obliquity of the ecliptic ie the tilt of the earth with respect to the plane of the planets' orbit about the sun. The moon pulls the earth ...

According to the information I`ve read recently that it may cause a disaster. At least a state of constant tremor. More likely constant earthquakes, volcanoes and tsunamis. One moon stirs the oceans and moans the crust plenty now. I cannot claim that this information is correct for 100%
