Hello VictorSape, Asgardia is only a concept for now, so we don't have a "population" in the sense of inhabitants per se, just registered citizens. There is currently no plans to limit the number of citizens or time for registration, so everybody can indeed register.

I think the goal of this community and new nation is to be a global citizen or global union of acceptance which is benevolent. Its a open mind and perspective of all ideas and cultures which is nonviolent or non-negative. An effort in creating a unified and equal society.

Currently nothing. Eventually, there may be some eventual mutations that occur via environmental differences involved with "alternate locations". The only differences are somewhat "social" in aspect, the "society" is born "differently" to most previous nations - a handfull of micronations aside - and thusly will "operate" differently.
