I wish to be the Director of Life Code Research. Specializing in cognitive stepping that utilizes all aspects of humanity in order to create as complete of a Life Code tree as possible to ensure all parts of the tree stay healthy in order to ensure human happiness to all. I wish to lead all Life Code scientists to stay at the horizon, never going over and leaving everyone behind, but staying far enough ahead to prevent humanity from going down wrong paths as human nature is want to do. Life Code is about keeping humanity intact and making sure everyone thrives; as any Life Code scientist knows as a fact, Life Code only functions at peak capacity when all parts are in bloom. This is based on dimensional comparison in Life Code where all aspects overlap making the possibility for new breakthroughs daily a statistical certainty, which makes patents obsolete; this is why Life Code scientists cannot be in it for the money, as by the time you sold your idea all other Life Code scientists will have progressed the tree to a point of which the idea is no longer current.

This is the definition of a true Life Code Tree, a tree always in bloom, full of colors, constantly changing as minds update it, this is the tree I wish to make, the tree I know every Life Code Scientist wish'es to make; for this tree will never stop growing once planted. • I am an environmental scientist heavily inspired by the Sci-fi Genre.  I am working on lifes-support systems and circular production systems within the Food-Water-Energy Nexus. I have worked on  a previous NASA mission, together with NASA-scientists. Based in Norway I am engaged in entrepreneurship and cleantech innovation.

Within the food-water-energy Nexus I am designing a Aquaculture/Aquaponics/Hydroponics system where we will combine waste-treatment (Air, Water, and Organic Solids), with Microalgae-production and Aquaculture to produce Clean Water, Air, and Food while utilizing renewable energy sources (Mainly Solar or Thermal).

Our systems for 10 000 Homes (Based on estimated usage of water, energy, and wasteproduction) is quite cheap, although it requires materials. The Life-support design I will bring into Asgardia's Technology and Innovation Sector will be designed in Norway and pilots will be built around the world..

That way we can create the best system for a future deployment on a space-sation or on-planet colony. Estimated budget for Research and Pilots are 20 000 000 EUR, while the deployments into space and for colonies must be further calculated after pilots.

With the formation of this new Nation. It gives us a opportunity to start something new and exciting, and also a hard job for those who want to join the Government body. I feel that I can contribute to the government of Asgardia in these next few years. I would work as hard as possible to first see the Formation of the government of Asgardia. Set guidelines for the future of asgardia, with health care for the citizens, embassies be built, and maybe even see a military be built, as well as a security force for Asgardia.

In Earthly politics, Bobby Pembleton is currently the United States Transhumanist Foreign Ambassador to Scotland. Although an American citizen, he has recently lived in Ecuador and South Korea, and now permanently resides in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has recently formed the Edinburgh Futurists meet-up group.

Bobby has a keen interest in space exploration, the advancement of artificial intelligence, and promoting constructive discussion of quickly approaching serenely advanced technologies. In order to get to the point that humanity can handle the upcoming changes that it will soon have to cope with, an increased ability to have dialogue, openness, and practicalised thought experiments such as Asgardia must become more commonplace.

Maintaining an open mind and new approach to each scenario and situation that arises, along with accounting for the increasing knowledge of the present should surpass the need for upholding an ideology of any sort. I am currently a digital nomad and have lived on 5 different continents (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa) and have learned so much from the people in each of these places. Traveling is my full-time life, and going to different countries to represent the people of Asgardia will be very easy for me to do. The creation of Asgardia is only taking its first baby steps as of now. But when it is complete, humanity itself will have taken a colossal step.. In order for our nation to succeed and prosper, we need to sustain a state-of-the-art economy, and structure of government.

I decided to choose this slogan because our objective is to move forward and turn the impossible into the possible. My goal is to begin developing the civilian infrastructure necessary for operations. I intend on introducing legislation that leads to the creation of boards to oversee professional development in the medical and educational professions. Furthermore, I intend to introduce legislation establishing minimum educational standards for the children of Asgardia.  If we are going to establish ourselves as a nation, these are important first steps to take.

I am an Elementary/High School teacher who strives to educate the young to become innovative and creative thinkers.  Education is the key to success and growth in any community! I would like to contribute my knowledge and passion for teaching to help nurture our future! By electing me, we would ensure that there is a body in the government that is passionate about the education of its citizens young and old and who will strive to build an education system that takes pride in growing intellectual, creative and passionate citizens!

Developing technology is something extraordinary and fascinating. We humans must develop to stand on the heights of evolution. My job is to speed up this process with help all of you.I want our state to be a mainstay of technology and science. An oasis of peace, order, humanity. To get a nation into space it requires major advances in all scientific areas. The biggest challenge is to create research teams when we don't have a physical country yet. We need to be able to fund both the research and the development of all these new technologies. How do we do that?

We always have the option of taxing, but that will not be enough for what we need. Our greatest resource are the people we have and the desire  we all have to make a better nation , we will all work together  towards our common goal. I envision building a nation with no internal monetary system. We standardize everything, because we have to do that in space as well. We will however have to be able to trade with other countries , for that our currency will be scientific discoveries.

With a currency free nation, funding is no longer an issue  and will no longer be a limitation.

We need to develop an education system that adapts to the need of the individual children so we develop them instead of holding them back. We need to look at the world and see what works from different systems and combine that into our own. Developing our youth is the key to our success.

Religion is another hot topic. I don't believe Asgardia should have an official religion, and there has to be a clear separation between church and state. People should have the right to practice their religion, without pushing it on others. We have so many religions that conflict is inevitable so we have to be prepared and have clear laws about this subject.

Together we can show the rest of the world , what can be accomplished when your work for everybody and not just for yourself.

We are a nation of nations, so maybe, just maybe, we can show the world how we can work together and break down the borders, so we become one humanity.

If I am elected I will work to the best of my ability to ensure Asgardia is becomes an efficient, recognized and fully operational nation.

I believe that if we conduct ourselves professionally,we will prove our nation to be a worthy and beneficial addition to the collection of states that are recognized now by other states. I further believe that recognition will come in short order.

To that end, I pledge to carry out my duties to help this nation run efficiently,work with all the matters at hand within the best of my ability and do my best to always present a positive impression of both of myself on a personal basis and of our nation Asgardia.

I would do everything in my power to ensure that we don't fall from our good path of becoming a fully recognized and independent Space Nation.

It is my hope that I am able to do my part to ensure that Asgardia is and always will be free from racism of any kind and serve as an exemplar in providing equal opportunities regardless of gender, race, religion or origin. I would make my own decisions accordingly and do my best to encourage others by my example, not only through my words, but through my actions.

Forming and maintaining useful connections both to Asgardians and citizens of earthly nations is a very important component the diplomatic efforts of a space nation and I'd do my best to ensure I'm doing my share.

I would also, of course, do my best to ensure that any resources Asgardia has would be used the best way possible. We would work to get the most results from what we have. As a growing nation we need to make good decisions about what we try to achieve and how, so we don't waste what we have on too big projects on a early stage or on the other hand, waste too much of our time in projects so small they don't bring us the return we need in a terms of success.

I think that it is important that we always act polite and respectful towards others in all of our interactions so that we present a positive impression about ourselves and Asgardia as a whole.

I would be happy to see Asgardia become a leader in the field of scientific achievements. In addition, I hope that we also inspire other nations, corporations, organizations and individuals to work hard in the field of science so that we'd make this world a better place for everyone.

To achieve that, we should provide the best possible environment for scientists to work in. As Asgardians we want to encourage others to work in the field of science for a better tomorrow.

For Asgardia to success, we mustn't forget the revenue factor from our budget. We need to make money in order to spend it. That is why the whole project of encouraging start-up corporations is one of the key issues we must keep in mind right from the start. Given the change, I would do my best to ensure that we have the best possible environment for such a activity and that the companies can also grow without facing unnecessary obstacles on their way,thus making sure we'd have the best business environment possible and we gain a good reputation, bringing us more corporations and individuals to further strengthen Asgardia.

As we are new nation undergoing our first elections, we will see many things for the first time after the elections are over and those elected take their seats. We do not have the luxury of Old Earth nations in working from an established template, but must remain flexible in plans, but resolute in guiding principles.

These are the principles I would like in place from the start that we can build upon as we move forward.

Foreign Affairs Committee, I would be good because I get along well with people from different parts of the world and I'm interested in matters around the globe making me well informed and ready to work with matters that might need my attention.

Safety and Security Committee, I've always been good, interested and up-to-date about all security related matters so I 'd be an valuable asset in this line of work.

Finance Committee, I have always understood, that money in a way, makes the world go round. So I've always been interested and kept myself well informed about making and saving money and I have a good understanding about where money would benefit us the most.

BACKGROUND

I AM A SIMPLE MAN WITH A MATHEMATICS & COMPUTER SCIENCE DEGREE WITH A KEEN ENTHUSIASM IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY . Statement

We live in a time of enormous challenges and groundbreaking discoveries. In a bare second on a cosmic scale, we the humans developed modern civilization, understood the structure of matter, eradicated many deadly human diseases, and decoded our own DNA.

One of the human endeavors, the Hubble Telescope, allowed to look into the most spectacular and mysterious depths of the cosmos, observe stars born and die, some of them so far from us, that their light travelled almost 13 billion years before reaching our eyes. Latest Space Telescopes allow to study galaxies formed just one billion years after the Big Bang.

Humans deepest dreams of space exploration is turning into reality. New generation of space technologies make interstellar travel feasible. Soon, the humankind will depart the Planet Earth to become a Space nation. To do so, the Earthlings must prepare themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and educationally. Are we ready for the task?

The inadequate state of the Space System education highlights the pressing need for systematic reform. If elected to the Asgardia Parliament, I will use my knowledge and skills to empower its citizens through education.  I plan to develop new strategic approaches and activities to engage learners of all ages in Space education placing strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning .

I strongly believe education will significantly advance human’s ability to become a space nation. I plan to lead the development of an array of equational products for students of all ages, and the public, including exhibitions for museums, science centers, and universities combining formal education with and online courses, collaborative games and the use of virtual and augmented realty experiences.

My motto: Inspire to educate! Help students of all ages to recognize that they are on a journey to the life in Space and help them to be prepared for such mission.

Governmental Foundation:

We the People of the Asgardia, in Order to form the first extraterrestrial and a more perfect terrestrial Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

The above adapted preamble to the United States Constitution embodies a timeless and all-inclusive standard of living that is basic to all humanity and extraterrestrial life that we will encounter in the future.  It is a unifying call to the spirit of every sentient life now and forever.

It is this spirit by which I shall serve the people of Asgardia.  I find the connecting thread of the above preamble in the words more, establish, insure, common, general and secure.  The pillars of Asgardian society are found in the words Union, Justice, Tranquility, common defense, general Welfare, Blessing of Liberty.

The arch of truth is found in the fact that the above code is vested in the people of Asgardia and not the Asgardian Government.  The purpose of the Asgardian Government is to ensure the above liberties while leading the nation into our collective future within the framework of the Asgardian Constitution.

Our Civic Duty:

While the above is the responsibility of the government and the collective society to the individual; the individual also has a duty to the collective Asgardian society.  This is embodied in John F. Kennedy’s statement of “Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.”Each citizen of Asgardia is expected to be a contributing member of society.  We all come to Asgardia with different abilities and Asgardia will prosper as each citizen exercises his or her unique abilities to their fullest extent.  Any able bodied citizen unwilling to contribute should be returned to their Earth country of origin and stripped of their Asgardian citizenship.

The Economy:

I am not an Economist but one of the first issues that must be taken up is how the space nation is going to generate a self-sustaining economic engine to achieve our vision as articulated by our founder, Mr. Igor Ashurbeyli:

Asgardia, “– a global, unifying and humanitarian project. The project's concept comprises three parts – philosophical, legal and scientific/technological.”

We are currently funded by the personal funds of Mr. Ashurbeyli (and others), crowd funding and sourcing, and private donations.  I believe this can only sustain the space nation in its infancy and if we are to achieve our stated goals we must develop an economic engine based on technology and its derivatives.  Free market principles must be foundational.

Other candidates have expressed the need for a cashless society.  I fully agree with this sentiment but motivation and incentive cannot be lost in the process.  Without motivation and incentive there is no innovation.  Motivation and incentive must be present at every level of Asgardian society.  Obtaining monetary credits should not be the main goal of “Motivation and Incentive.”The main goal should be for the betterment of Asgardian society and our Posterity.

Health & Education:

I believe in, and support, universal education.Additionally, I support universal health care provided quality care with timely availability for access is present for all Asgardians at an affordable cost to Asgardian Space Nation.  There should be only one standard of care for health and education.  Those from Asgardian government and from the top to the bottom of Asgardian society receive the same education and standard care.

In accordance with HoN's Decree 14 I look forward to participating in the following committees:

l will bring to the Information and Communications Committee my recognized persuasive writing ability.  I am noted for my ability to make clear and precise arguments and an ability to cut through the fluff and pull out the pertinent information.

For the Foreign Affairs Committee I will build upon the above persuasive writing abilities and leverage my exposure to many cultures during my years in the military, my former career in nursing and living in the multi-ethnic society of California, USA.  I have a life long interest in politics and I am fairly well versed on the major issues around the globe currently.  I will most certainly have an open ear to those who are actually living in or are much closer to the issue than what I have learn through the filter of the American media.

For the above committees the foundation of my approach is my level headed and calm demeanor.  I have faced much adversity in my life and as such I have a real desire for justice and fairness for all and in particular those who do not have a voice or a means to competently access the judicial system.

My Qualifications:

Should I be granted the privilege of serving in parliament, I will solemnly execute the above philosophy in accordance with the Asgardian Constitution.  I will listen to your feedback before casting any vote or putting forth any final versions of legislation.

I feel I am uniquely qualified based on my half-century of life experiences.  During my earliest years I grew up poor in a small town in North Carolina, United States.  I faced individual and societal racial persecution.  In my mid/late childhood my parents placed a high value on education as a means for rising out of poverty and a better life.  This coupled with band in high school and exposure to others outside my neighborhood gave me a pathway out of poverty.  Upon graduation I joined the US Marines and extended my music career another four years.  This was my first exposure to other people and cultures outside of my small town.  Lifelong friendships were forged and cherished to this day. After the Marines, I joined the Air Force Reserves as a medical technician and served the next 16 years rising from a basic medical technician to enlisted leader.  During this time I obtained my License Vocation Nurse license and worked in Acute Care, Urgent Care, Home Health and as a Jail Nurse.  At my heart I am a technology person working the last 17 years in the computer field first as an Information System Technician Trainee and working my way up to my current position as an Information Technologist II.

Education:  I hold Associates degrees in Microcomputer Programming, Vocational Nursing and Liberal Arts.

My civic contribution over the years include serving as an Elder, Board member, PowerPoint and Praise Team member at  my local church.  I currently serve on the Board and Architectural Committee of our Home Owners’ Association.  I serve on the Board and participate in the local non-profit community choir.  In partnership, I created a non-profit organization that handles the finances of individuals receiving social benefits that are unable to manage their benefits.  I serve on its board and as vice-president.  I am responsible for the organization’s governmental compliance and taxes.  In addition, I own and operate a for-profit business serving the developmentally disabled.

I am married to a wonderful wife of 21 years who is an educator and we have two young daughters who are aspiring actresses and thespians.

My Vision And Goal

My name is Tony Wood and i would like a place in the Asgardian Government to represent the younger citizens of ASGARDIA. At this point the Constitution specifies in Article 33; Paragraph 3 " Members of Parliament shall be elected for a term of   five years from among Asgardian citizens who have reached the  age of 40 ". This means that no person of the age under  40 will have a direct representative that truly understands the needs and wants of that demographic. As a young person with aspirations of joining the ASGARDIAN government, i feel it is important to nurture those feelings and to encourage younger people into those positions, as they will be the voices of tomorrow.

Given the ASGARDIAN Constitution does not prohibit people under the age of 40 from running for office; only being elected, I would use this platform to change the current constitution to allow more people to run for any position that they have an ambition to.

Currently in the Asgardian Constitution under Article 16; Section 4, it states: "Prejudice during elections and referendum based on Earthly country of birth, residence,  citizenship,  race,  nationality,  gender,  religion,  language,  wealth,  and any other attribute is forbidden ." This should include age.

As the first free nation in space, i cannot stress how important it is to set a more free and just standard of government and so therefor should include people of all races, beliefs and ages.

My vision for being elected would be to represent the majority of younger people while still keeping the interests of all people at the forefront of my agenda. I would like to represent the general peoples interests including but not limited to: Freedom Of Speech, Freedom Of Press, Safety Of Every Citizen And Their Rights, Health Care, Education and much, much more.

I am formally accredited in behavioural neuroscience, philosophy, and religious studies (B.A. Hons, B.A., McMaster University), a Certified Clinical Herbal Practitioner (C.C.H.P.), with self-taught interests in quantum physics, cosmology, geopolitics, exopolitics, history (both conventional and non, including pre-ancient civilizations), survival, and all things consciousness.

I was born to lead, a position I do not take lightly, and that has not always been easy, nor has it gone unchallenged by many family, friends, and colleagues, but I do not seek power, unless it is balanced by both love and wisdom .  Anything less than that is far too open to corruption, and is not a path worthy of walking; and so, by voting for me, you'll be electing someone who genuinely cares, gets the bigger picture, and understands the problems that are best known as "the human condition."

In fact, in a world free from the corruption of the elites, and of financial greed, I would put forth my novel, unified theory of mood disorder, for the sake of curing us of our depression and anxiety, for good.  I would also release my plans for a high-resolution, truly functional brain-computer interface, one that could open up the possibilities for para- and quadriplegic patients to use their limbs again, while also allowing us to harness virtual reality, and to operate robotic devices with the power of our minds (ultimately assisted by computers, of course).
