В мои приоритетные цели входит ряд существенных улучшений. Предлагаю ознакомится с ним:

- Разработка и выдача ID паспортов для жителей Асгардии;

- Разработка проектной документации и планов модернизации сайта;
- Создание университета Асгардии (мечта пожалуй всех Асгардийцев). Университет должен быть как на бюджетной так и на платной основе дабы создавался экономический баланс, однако прошу учесть что для жителей Асгардии при желании все возможно, получайте бюджет и образование от Асгардии вместе! Также в разработке дипломы, приложения и сертификаты;
- Создание центра медицинской помощи (Асгардия должна помогать нуждающимся ибо мы одно целое. Люди с тяжелыми заболеваниями / инвалиды при наличии документов могут попасть в благотворительный центр медицинской помощи. Стандартные медицинские рекомендации должны осуществляться бесплатно.)
- Жители Асгардии должны быть вместе, не должны боятся каких либо трудностей. Я предлагаю создать приложение для мобильных устройств Асгардия;
- Как мы заметили на сайте достаточно много технических проблем. Необходимо создать действующий раздел службы поддержки жителей. Необходимо добавить функционал "выбора языка" для жителей Асгардии. Прошу учесть сайт должен поддерживать все действующие языки;
- Асгардия должна расширять свое пространство в космосе. Наша цель запуск спутника №2;
- Создать центр занятости Асгардии по странам и регионам;
- Запуск особой криптовалюты Асгардии (по новой системе и баланса ценности). Криптовалюта Асгардии должна быть прикрыта на безопасную стоимость которую в случае инфляции можно получить от государства. Данное решение вызовет повышение спроса и использование этой криптовалюты как более безопасную;
- Создание денежной эксклюзивной системы;
- Создание торгово-промышленных международных отношений;
- Создание искусственного интеллекта на сайте Асгардии для общения жителей в размах нашей страны! Поддержка жителей, вопрос - ответ и др.
На данный момент это мои планы и если мне позволят решать и принимать подобные решения, я сделаю все, действительно все, дабы Асгардия процветала.
После ввода ряда улучшений уже по моей предварительной статистике ожидается десятикратные притоки жителей.

Для получения паспорта нужно будет предоставить соответствующие данные согласно действующему законодательству и оплатить затраты на изготовление(увы, все бесплатно не может быть, мы должны поддерживать бюджет Асгардии дабы развивать её дальше).

I undertake to perform my duties honestly and with dignity!
I understand how important it is to build a great team!

We will do everything possible so that Asgardia flourished!

My priorities include a number of significant improvements. I propose to read it:

- Development and issuance of ID passports for residents of Asgardia;

- Development of project documentation and site modernization plans;
- Creation of the University of Asgardia (the dream of perhaps all Asgardians). The University should be both on the budget and on a paid basis in order to create an economic balance, but please note that for the residents of Asgardia, if desired, everything is possible, get the budget and education from Asgardia together! Also in the development of diplomas, applications and certificates;
- The creation of a health care center(Asgardia should help those in need because we are one. People with serious diseases / disabled people can get to the charity medical care center if they have documents. Standard medical advice should be provided free of charge.)
- Asgardia residents should be together, should not be afraid of any difficulties. I propose to create an application for mobile devices Asgardia;
- As we noticed on the site a lot of technical problems. It is necessary to create a valid section of the support service of residents. It is necessary to add the functionality of "language selection" for the residents of Asgardia. Please note that the site must support all existing languages;
- Asgardia must expand its space in space. Our goal launch of Sputnik No. 2;
- To create employment centre Asgardia across countries and regions;
- Launch of asgardia's special cryptocurrency (under the new system and value balance). - Жителі Асгардии повинні бути разом, не повинні бояться будь-яких труднощів. Я пропоную створити додаток для мобільних пристроїв Асгардия;
- Як ми помітили на сайті досить багато технічних проблем. Необхідно створити діючий розділ служби підтримки жителів. Необхідно додати функціонал "вибору мови" для жителів Асгардии. Прошу врахувати сайт повинен підтримувати всі діючі мови;
- Асгардия повинна розширювати свій простір в космосі. Наша мета запуск супутника №2;
- Створити центр зайнятості Асгардии по країнам і регіонам;
- Запуск особливої кріптовалюти Асгардии (по новій системі, балансу цінності). Криптовалюта Асгардии повинна бути прикрита на безпечну вартість яку у разі інфляції можна отримати від держави. Дане рішення викличе підвищення попиту і використання цієї кріптовалюти як більш безпечну;
- Створення грошової ексклюзивної системи;
- Створення торгово-промислових міжнародних відносин;
- Створення штучного інтелекту на сайті Асгардии для спілкування жителів розмах нашої країни! Підтримка жителів, питання - відповідь і ін.
На даний момент це мої плани і якщо мені дозволять вирішувати і приймати подібні рішення, я зроблю все, дійсно все, щоб Асгардия процвітала.
Після введення ряду поліпшень вже за моєю попередньою статистикою очікується десятикратні притоки жителів.

Для отримання паспорта потрібно буде надати відповідні дані згідно з чинним законодавством і оплатити витрати на виготовлення(на жаль, все безкоштовно не може бути, ми повинні підтримувати бюджет Асгардии щоб розвивати її далі).

This IT strategic plan builds on the lessons learned from these initiatives, and seizes on the opportunities created by technologies such as social media, mobile devices, analytics and cloud computing to fully maximize the benefits of an enterprise approach to IT. This plan will deliver to Asgardians the kind of government they expect – one that is open and transparent yet safeguards their personal information, one that delivers effective and responsive programs and services while being fiscally prudent, and one that makes decisions based on sound evidence while seeking meaningful engagement and collaboration with Asgardians and other stakeholders.

To deliver on these citizen expectations, employees require modern and effective tools for their day-to-day work. They demand a modern workplace with digital tools that are integrated, collaborative and efficient. Along with these requirements, constantly evolving technology and the need to protect vital data and information from malicious cyber threats, make it essential that we renew our aging and mission-critical IT systems. At the same time, we must balance the growing demand for IT services with realistic capacity limitations.

Building on these key drivers, the overarching goals of service, security, value and agility set the direction for the strategy. The Government of Asgardia is committed to responsive and innovative IT services that meet business needs and enhance the end-user experience, to a secure and resilient enterprise infrastructure that enables the trusted delivery of programs and services, to smart investments across the board that ensure high-value and cost-effectiveness, and to an agile, connected and high-performing workforce with modern tools. Four strategic areas of action will achieve these goals over the next four years and beyond. Each area of focus, Service IT, Secure IT, Manage IT, and Work IT details specific actions and activities that are currently underway or that represent new enterprise directions.

The first, Service IT , calls for the use of cloud computing, information-sharing platforms, and technologies and tools to manage service delivery and improve client satisfaction. These actions are necessary in order to develop a modern, reliable and sustainable IT infrastructure that allows for the secure sharing of information. This in turn will ultimately result in better internal services for government employees and improved external services for Asgardians and other users.

The second area, Secure IT , focuses on layered defences to reduce exposure to cyber threats, increased awareness and understanding to proactively manage these threats, and protective measures to enable the secure processing and sharing of data and information across government. These actions will ensure that Asgardians and others who access online services trust the government with their personal information.

The third area, Manage IT presents a strengthened governance approach, the evolution of IT management practices, process and tools and a focus on innovation as well as sustainability. Implementing these strategic actions will ensure that IT investments are sustainable, take advantage of economies of scale, and demonstrate value by helping departments deliver on their mandates.

The fourth area, Work IT , introduces actions to build a high-performing IT workforce and a modern workplace that provides public service employees with the tools they need to do their jobs. This is vital because the Government of Asgardia’s employees are its greatest asset when it comes to delivering the kind of government that Asgardians want.

We don't have oil, we don't have land, we have science. If we want to collaborate with the World, we must have something to offer, we must have scientific advantage.
