Per far diventare il sogno di Asgardia una realtà abbiamo prima di tutto bisogno di una economia tale che possa permettere lo sviluppo delle infrastrutture necessarie all'organizzazionee  all'espansione di questa nazione. Sucessivamente dobbiamo rendere utile Asgardia ai suoi cittadini fornendo in maniera gratuita e libera istruzione di alto livello, assicurando contemporaneamente un'ccupazione all'interno dello Stato a coloro che possono offrire questo servizio. La crescita economica deve essere finalizzata alla ricerca scientifica e alla costruzione di quegli apparati necessari per l'espansione di Asgardia, garantendone quindi il riconoscimetno come realtà sovrana a tutti gli effetti.

Come ministro della Ricerca scientifica , io mi impegnerò a promuovere questi tre semplici ma fondamentali punti e molti altri che definirò in futuro. Io credo in Asgardia e ne riconosco l'enorme potenzialità. Immagino un futuro in cui Asgardia è pienamente riconosciuta come nazione sovrana e in cui essa è nuovo faro di speranza per il genere umano.

Sono uno studente di Liceo Scientifico (opzione Scienze Applicate) con una spiaccata passione per le tutte le scienze, sia naturali che applicate. Studierò Fisica Teorica all'università e mi impegnerò a diventare un ricercatore, spinto da un'insaziabile curiosità e mosso dalla mia voglia di mettermi in gioco. Credo di poter dare molto ad Asgardia e sono certo che riuscirò a dimostrarlo.

Development of a self-sustaining economy, scientific research and education, political recognition. Our main objectives for Asgardia

To make Asgardia's dream become a reality, we first need an economy that can allow the development of the infrastructures necessary for the organization and expansion of this nation. Subsequently, we need to make Asgardia useful to its citizens by providing free and free high-level education, while at the same time securing an employment within the state to those who can offer this service. Economic growth must be aimed at scientific research and the construction of those devices necessary for the expansion of Asgardia, thus guaranteeing recognition as a sovereign reality in all respects.

As a parliamentarian, I will work to promote these three simple but fundamental points and many others that I will define in the future. I believe in Asgardia and I recognize its enormous potential. I imagine a future in which Asgardia is fully recognized as a sovereign nation and in which it is a new beacon of hope for mankind.

I am a student of Scientific High School (Applied Sciences option) with a passionate passion for all the sciences, both natural and applied. I will study Theoretical Physics at the university and I will commit myself to become a researcher, driven by an insatiable curiosity and driven by my desire to get involved. I think I can give a lot to Asgardia and I'm sure I'll be able to prove it.

Non ho bisogno di descrivere i punti riguardo cosa compirò se verrò eletto perché l'unico mio punto sarà progredire. Il progresso, questa parola lega qualsiasi cosa, filosofia, religioni, scienze umane, scienze sociali, scienze dello spazio e tutto quello che riguarda il progresso umano. Si parla di umanità! questa parola quando andremo lassù dovrà assumere un significato distintivo, espansivo, dovrà assumere un significato che legherà le persone, l'umanità intera per l'intero processo del progresso. Non ho lauree o diplomi particolari ma posso impegnarmi veramente tanto a tal punto da far crollare le convinzioni riguardo i campi di studio, è vero un ingegnere sarebbe cento volte meglio, ma può essere mille volte meglio ad un sognatore che non si arrende? Io sono questo, voglio portare l'umanità verso la verità assoluta, verso la giustizia vera e il bene vero di tutto e tutti. Sono un appassionato dell'universo e di tutte le sue meraviglie e penso anche voi, quindi... andiamo a scoprirlo! I do not need to describe the points about what I will accomplish if I will be elected because my only point will be progress. Progress, this word links everything, philosophy, religions, human sciences, social sciences, space sciences and all that concerning human progress. We speak of humanity! This word when we go up there will have to take on a distinctive, expansive meaning, it will have to take on a meaning that will bind people, whole humanity to the whole process of progress. I do not have degrees or diplomas, but I can really commit myself so much so that the beliefs about the fields of study collapse, it's true an engineer would be a hundred times better, but what can be a thousand times better than a dreamer who does not give up? I am this, I want to bring humanity to absolute truth, to true justice and the true good of everything and everyone. As a Teenager I live knowing constantly that the old generation made uor lives  horrible. I want Ascardia to resflect what youngs need and  would love to  have in a Nation. I was born in 1998, during the decade that made collapse the italian politcal life. And of course  I would do anything in my possiblity to avoid something like that to ever happen  again: Here and wherever I could do something.

However my high school studies paved the way to what it become my Ideology. As in the slogan I always cosidered myself as Citizen of the wolrd, not just an Italian, not just an European. Earth is my nation . So as citizen of this wonderful world  I'd love to exapand  my vision of being a terrestrian to our FIRST out of earth Nation, our Space Nation!

Moreover I'm a engineering student, I'm getting my B.sc in computer science and  I believe that nowadays students  and youngs are boulding our future and they must be encouraged to achieve their resoults. I want them to take part to the Present political scenario . It's time for me and  the whole new generation to spread our thoughts directly.

And I suppose Asgardia would be the perfect way to let this begin!

I'm a software developer, I've lived in different cities even outside of my home country. I believe that all differencies between humans must be accepted, I believe that religion shouldn't be involved in politics nor in determining human rights.

I'm a science enthusiast since I was very young, and since then I've always dreamed looking at the sky. Software is the pure expression of human logic and using it we'll make our way to the Future.

Hello everyone, I'm a young entrepreneur and management consultant.

After the Management studies and the specialization in Sustainable Entrepreneurship, part of the course of Environmental Economics and Development Studies of RomaTre, I entered the world of startups. In 2017 I accidentally came across blockchain technology and so a real passion was born. All the spare time I dedicate to the study of this technology and the environment that is emerging with it, hoping that a hobby can become a full-time job.

I see this technology as an excellent tool, perhaps the only one, to be able to regain control of this neo-mercantilistic society that is leading us towards destruction

This is our chance to start building the better world we always dreamed about. We can have a fresh start by collecting the best ideas and intents, drop the historical, but often out of the current time legacies and aim for the prosperity of the human race for the centuries to come, one single human race. Each contributor should bring his/her experience and skill to facilitate this path and why not also their dreams. My part will be to facilitate the diffusion of the scientific culture by sponsoring educational programs and collaboration among the experts. My goal will be to have a diffuse scientific awareness among the population and provide support to the research community with a  continuous feedback loop between the two entities. My education program will start with adding scientific oriented games for young children at kindergarden  and incrementally introducing basic concepts of the scientific methodology in the early primary school. Programs will include any branch of the modern science: Biology, Astronomy, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, etc and should be added and integrated to the others basic educational programs. We also need to allow students to get exposed to the actual work of the scientific community by different forms of internships and collaboration that will be integral part of the students curricula and evaluation.

It will be my goal to define such programs in term of proposal and submit them to the Asgaria parliament approval. If approved and properly funded I plan to offer them initially to the Asgardia community as free online classes with the possibility to open them up to the Earth population.

Sono un ricercatore in scienze dello spazio presso un istituto del CNR a Cosenza, dove vivo per la maggior parte del tempo. Nella mia carriera da ricercatore ho studiato, e tuttora studio, la fisica delo spazio nterplanetario e circumterrestre, sono stato istruttore di astronauti dell'ESA, ho partecipato e partecipo a proposte di missioni spaziali dell'ESA e della NASA.
Grazie al mio mestiere, ho vissuto in diverse città Italiane, in Francia, Spagna, California e Inghilterra. Il mio lavoro mi permette di essere costantemente immerso in un eccitante contesto internazionale, dove differenze di razza, nazionalità, genere, religione e abilità sono viste, nel peggiore dei casi, come una positiva dimostrazione della diversità umana. Gli scienziati raramente notano tali differenze, essendo costantemente assorbiti nei loro processi mentali o di laboratorio.
Credo che Asgardia sia la combinazione di due diversi, seppure complementari, impulsi umani: il desiderio ancestrale di esplorare spazi ignoti, e la voglia tanto culturale quanto morale di dimenticare lo spropositato, disastroso impatto sulla terra della violenta società umana dei nostri giorni.
Parto dal presupposto che gli Asgardiani aspirino alla cooperazione piuttosto che alla competizione, al fine di raggiungere traguardi comuni di uguaglianza e benessere, e di promuovere la conoscenza e la serenità come obiettivi principali, anziché potere, controllo, e sfruttamento. L'integrazione completa col nostro pianeta viventee  con i suoi dintorni, in coesistenza fondata sull'equilibrio, è una condizione necessariaper poter mantenere un bilancio chepermetta condizioni di vita ottimali.
Quese sono, in poche parole, le mie linee guida morali, che probabilmente ho ereditato dalla mia ricerca quotidiana di leggi ed armonia nella natura.

In qualità di rappresentante del Parlamento Asgardiano, mi impegnerò per il raggiungimento dei seguenti obiettivi:

1) Far sì che Asgardia diventi una realtà riconosciuta dalla comunità internazionale, e perseguire tutti i passaggi necessari al raggiungimento dello status di nazione nello spazio.

2) Fare di Asgardia una nazione di pari opportunità per tutti, promuovendo dialogo e cooperazione ben organizzata, a partire dai primi passi.

3) Confermare e promuovere gli ideali costituzionali per il raggiungimento del giusto equilibrio nell'ecosistema terrestre.

4) Promuovere il ruolo primario di ricerca e sviluppo tecnologico, al fine di fare di Asgardia una nazione pilota per il progresso scientifico. In particolare, sarà importante promuovere lo sviluppo delle attività scientifiche che possono essere svolte nello spazio, opportunità unica della nostra nazione. Tali attività riguardano sia scienze dello spazio, che scienze più "terrestri". Il satellite di Asgardia (già a partire dal minuscolo "cube-sat" iniziale) può fornire accesso logistico ad esperimenti e osservazioni dello e dallo spazio. In uno stadio successivo, quando saranno disponibili maggiori volumi e potenza, sarà possibile esseguire esperimenti quali quelli che si svolgono oggi sulla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale, e sarà quindi necessario preparare una strategia per poter gestire questo importante compito in maniera ottimale. La mia esperienza nel campo delle scienze dello spazio potrà essere di grande aiuto in questo senso.

5) Determinare le condizioni di vita nello spazio, per una pianificazione adeguata dei possibili sviluppi futuri di Asgardia. A tale proposito, ad esempio, lo studio dello "space weather" (o meteorologia spaziale) è ancora più importante che per la Terra. Se sarò eletto, promuoverò lo studio di tale disciplina sia sulla Terra che fra gli Asgardiani.

I am a researcher in space science at CNR in Cosenza, where I live most of the time. In my career I have been studying the physics of interplanetary space, coaching ESA astronauts, proposing scientific space missions, and I am currently collaborating in ESA and NASA spacecraft.

Thanks to my job, I have lived in other towns in Italy, France, Spain, California and the UK. Moreover, I constantly work in an exciting international environment, where differences in gender, race, nationality, religion, and ability are seen, at most, as a beautiful exposure of the human diversity. Scientists usually do not even notice them, too much are they absorbed in mind or laboratory processes.

I believe Asgardia is the combination of two different, yet complementary impulses in humans: the ancestral desire to explore unknown spaces, and the moral and cultural wish to forget the terrestrial disproportionately impacting disaster of the violent human society of our days.

I will assume that Asgardians will want to be driven by cooperation rather than competition, to achieve the common goals of equality and welfare, and to promote knowledge and serenity as major target, rather than power, control and exploitation.

The full integration with the living planet and its surroundings, in equilibrate coexistence, is necessary to maintain a balance that allows good life conditions. This is clearly forgotten on Earth, and Asgardia should represent an example and a guide to reach such condition.

These are, in a few words, my moral guidelines, which perhaps I have inherited from my daily research of the laws and harmony of nature.

As an Asgardian parliament representative, I will pursue the following goals:

1) To make Asgardia become a reality in the international community, and to pursue all the necessary tasks for reaching the status of independent nation based in space.

2) To make Asgardia a nation of equal opportunities for anyone, by promoting dialogue and organized cooperation, since the very initial steps.

3) To confirm and promote the constitutional ideals of reaching the proper equilibrium in the Earth's ecosystem.

4) To promote the primary role of research and technology, in order to make Asgardia a leading nation for the scientific progress. This will be the best asset, not being able to rely on production or natural resources. In particular, it will be important to promote the development of scientific activities that can be made in space. These are both for space sciences, and for terrestrial matters. The Asgardia spacecraft (starting from the very tiny initial cube-sat) can provide logistic access to experiments and observations in and from space. For example, it is possible to monitor cosmic rays flux towards the earth using a small chip not larger than a standard camera ccd, or to take infrared images of the Earth with a tiny device. Later, with larger space and power, it will be possible to run experiments as it is done on the ISS, and there will be need to have a strategy for this task. My experience in space science will be beneficial for this.

5) to establish the life conditions in space for an adequate planning of the future development of Asgardia. In these terms, the study of space weather is more important than it is today for Earth. If elected, I will promote the study of this discipline on Earth and among the Asgardians.

Asgardia-1  orbita sopra di noi. Un dato di fatto che ha interessanti sviluppi dal punto di vista  della e-governance, della tecnologia e della diplomazia relazionale. Come cittadini della nuova Nazione si aprono prospettive ancora non codificate.

Le parole hanno un significato ma gli sviluppi non sono quantificabili.

Pertanto mi impegno inizialmente a promuovere alcuni punti per ora essenziali.

1) Valorizzazione e implementazione della “Asgard terrestre”  posizionata in  territorio sopranazionale e universale, tramite lo sviluppo di una rete collaborativa attiva con i cittadini  Italiani e Asgardiani al fine di promuovere e valorizzare le singole idee all'interno del Parlamento.

2) Sviluppo della valuta asgardiana “ Solar “ come possibilità di crescita dei suoi cittadini e della nazione Asgardiana al fine del raggiungimento degli obiettivi preposti dalla Costituzione.

3) Riconoscimento di Asgardia come Stato e Nazione indipendente, tramite lo sviluppo di reti collaborative, come avanguardia nella protezione del genere umano e biodiversità nel suo rapporto con lo spazio, come definito dalla Costituzione.

4) Sviluppo e conservazione del patrimonio naturale e culturale dell'Umanità  nella  nuova nazione Asgardiana

5) Implementazione delle opportunità di salvaguardia della sicurezza dello spazio, l'estensione della vita, la cooperazione internazionale. E' di fondamentale importanza che la legge spaziale non diventi la legge di pochi.

6) Riconoscimento delle attività scientifiche e tecniche al fine di  ottenere  conoscenze e tecnologie necessarie per lo sviluppo di una vita migliore.

Ogni cittadino di Asgardia dovrebbe vivere liberamente  in un mondo solidale , in un contesto di vita culturale e creativa.

Per quanto sopra chiedo il tuo supporto  e la partecipazione  alla creazione del nuovo stato di Asgardia.

I pledge to make every power and opportunity to solve these problems

1) Valorization and implementation of the capital "Asgard terrestre" positioned in the supranational and universal territory through the development of an active collaborative network with Italian and Asgardia citizens in order to promote and enhance individual ideas within the parliament.

2) Development of the "Solar" asgardian currency as a possibility for the growth of its citizens and of the Asgardian nation in order to achieve the objectives set by the constitution.

3) Recognition of Asgardia as an independent State and Nation, through the development of collaborative networks, as a vanguard in the protection of mankind and biodiversity in its relationship with space, as defined by the constitution.

4) Development and conservation of the natural and cultural heritage of humanity in the New Asgardian nation .Preservation of the cultural  heritage on Earth

5) Iwould like to take thant opportunity to promote space safety, life extension, equality of every citizen on the word.

Lo spazio per una nuova utopia

Mi chiamo Giordano Vintaloro, sono un traduttore , consulente linguistico e professore a contratto di lingua inglese.

Mi candido per il Parlamento di Asgardia perché credo che se tanti italiani come me hanno creduto con entusiasmo nella creazione di una nuova nazione spaziale, allora è nostro compito convogliare tutto l’enorme patrimonio italiano di storia, lingua, tradizioni e istituzioni in un progetto che guarda finalmente a un futuro lontano e non al breve termine.

Nel mio lavoro ho a che fare tutti i giorni con la diversità , la comunicazione e la mediazione . Penso che la mia esperienza potrà essere utile al Parlamento di Asgardia, dove porterò entusiasmo, competenze di ricerca linguistica e culturale in più aree (italiano, inglese, francese, spagnolo, mondo arabo) e lezioni apprese in più di dieci anni di insegnamento a tutti i livelli, dalle scuole medie all’università.

Asgardia è appena nata, e penso che sia importante ora lavorare per darle un’impronta chiara e forte, secondo quanto stabilisce la costituzione, di nazione libera dai pregiudizi e dalle oppressioni dove chi merita possa sviluppare i suoi progetti sapendo che lo stato sarà di aiuto e non di ostacolo.

Il mio obiettivo, e il programma che intendo portare a compimento se sarò eletto, è quello di contribuire a rendere forte l’identità di Asgardia e a intrecciare relazioni forti con i paesi e le istituzioni della Terra, in modo da far riconoscere Asgardia come un interlocutore reale, alla pari, serio e affidabile .

Allo stesso modo, contribuirò a fare di Asgardia un’entità, e forse alla fine anche un luogo, di cui sempre più persone vogliano fare parte e a cui sempre più persone desiderose di cambiare le cose vogliano dare il loro contributo.

The space for a new utopia

My name is Giordano Vintaloro, I am a translator, language consultant and contract professor of English language.

I present myself as a candidate for the Parliament of Asgardia because I believe that if so many Italians like me have enthusiastically believed in the creation of a new space nation, then it is our task to bring together all the enormous heritage of history, language, traditions and institutions that Italy has in a project that finally looks to a distant future and not to the short term.

In my work, I have to deal every day with diversity, communication and mediation. I think that my experience will be useful to the Parliament of Asgardia, where I will bring enthusiasm, linguistic and cultural research skills in several areas (Italian, English, French, Spanish, the Arab world) and lessons learned in more than ten years of teaching at all levels, from middle school to university.

Asgardia has just been born, and I think it is important now to work to give it a clear and strong imprint, according to its Constitution, of a nation free from prejudice and oppression where those who deserve might develop their projects knowing that the state will be a help and not an obstacle.

My aim, and the programme that I intend to accomplish if I am elected, is to contribute to the strengthening of Asgardia's identity and to the establishment of strong relations with the countries and institutions of the Earth, so that Asgardia can be recognized as a real, equal, serious and reliable interlocutor.

In the same way, I will contribute to making Asgardia an entity, and perhaps eventually also a place, of which more and more people want to be part and to which more and more people willing to change things can give their contribution.

Sono in grado di gestire al meglio la posizione di rappresentante del Distretto Italiano, perchè oltre ad avere una mentalità imprenditoriale e quindi una grande capacità nel gestire cose di grande portata, sono anche un ottimo ascoltatore, questo vuol dire che sarò sempre a disposizione del popolo sotto la mia guida e ascolterò tutte le richieste e proposte che mi verranno fatte, in oltre sarò a disposizione anche per supporto morale e psicologico, questo perchè desidero che tutti i membri del mio distretto siano sempre al massimo della loro felicità, armonia e complicità!.

I apply myself because I am a dreamer and like all ascardian i hope and i know that in this immense puzzle there aren't only eathlings but different life forms, that are only waiting to know each other and for maybe form a Asgardia between different planets.

I'm italian, and the italians have been among the best explorers of the world, i'm sure that they will be also outside of this planet because Ascardia imagines and whishes human colonie and alliances among life forms, but we aren't only fantasy we build the future with

Dear Asgardians, I am Alessandro Saetta, a 25 years old Italian citizen holding a Bsc degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. I am currently attending the last year of the Msc degree in Space Engineering and right now I am abroad for my thesis.

As a slogan in  support of my candidation, I choosed to quote the great Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, globally known as the pioneer of cosmonautics. He gave a great contribution to the study of rockets science and it's also thanks to him if we are now able to reach the space.

I belive to be an ideal candidate for the Government officials elections. My technical background related to the space sector allows me to truly understand the challanges to be faced and to take the best decisions. As a matter of fact now I will not promise anything as others might do, because I know the topic and its intrinsic complexity, so any project without a solid analysis would be premature.

I can assure I am going to carry out my duties towards the ones who will vote me with competence, passion and hope in future.

I am a Telecommunications Engineer and I have been working for 17 years on IT department for private companies. I want to bring my technological experience to Asgardia's Parliament.

As a technician my main agenda will be focused on communications between Asgardian Citizens. People has to know better what is going on and what will come in the future.

In sports you win without the need to harm others. Sport's also reveal an individual's personality. That's why I would like to be an athlete who runs with hope in the heart as well as dreams of the mind.

Moreover, I believe that without financial sustainability all dreams remain dreams.

Ciao a tutti,
spero di portare benefici ad Asgardia attraverso due elementi della mia competenza: sport e contabilità. Credo che lo sport ci consenta di vivere uno stile di vita più sano. Negli sport vinci senza il bisogno di danneggiare gli altri. Lo sport rivela anche la personalità di un individuo. Ecco perché mi piacerebbe essere un atleta che corre con la speranza nel cuore e anche nei sogni della mente.
Inoltre, credo che senza sostenibilità finanziaria tutti i sogni rimangano sogni.
Amo lo sport così tanto che lo propongo anche alle Stelle.
Essendo uno sportivo e lavorando con un'organizzazione no profit per lo sport, vorrei aiutare a diffondere il benessere attraverso lo sport nello spazio.
Penso che Asgardia possa darci e darci l'opportunità di applicare l'etica dello sport per ricevere un beneficio collettivo.

Asgardia avra' bisogno di leaders intellettualmente evoluti, capaci di comprendere le piu' basilari differenze fra il bene e il male, fra cio' che puo' migliorare la vita della collettivita', e cio' che invece puo' peggiorarla.

Purtroppo, la maggiorparte degli esseri umani specialmente coloro che ambiscono a posizioni di potere e quindi entrano in politica, non sono in possesso di tale evoluzione intellettuale. Il risultato e' che a pagarne il prezzo e' la collettivita', tu!

Votatemi, e io vi prometto che le scelte che compiero', saranno guidate dalla piu' alta evoluzione intellettuale, scelte intelligenti che miglioreranno la vita del popolo di asgardia, e dell'intera umanita'.

Io dico che la pecularita' dei cittadini di Asgardia non e' il fatto che la nostra nazione risiede fra le stelle, ma che la nostra coscienza stessa risiede nelle stelle, e ovunque nell'universo.

Rappresentiamo il prossimo step evolutivo nella storia della razza umana, e siamo una grande famiglia!

Asgardia will need intellectually evolved leaders able to understand the most basic differences between good and evil, which can improve the life of collectivity, or that can worsen it.
