To me the flag shape looks like an Edelweiss, which is probably because I'm influenced by the association with Austria and the Sound of Music.  In reality I expect it's an air vent, jet engine or computer network.  I'm more of a Beatles fan myself, and would probably have drawn a yellow submarine in space - but I do appreciate your artwork.
