Why isn't this a Ministry too? ¶
I see all these Ministries and none for Culture which is the basics of Humanity.

I agree 100%. I was surprised to see that missing. This is a totally voluntary nation being made. Culture needs fostering more here than anywhere.

I think there was once a petition or something on the forum to vote for a 13th Ministry.
Lets make the Ministry of Culture happen

Ditto to the above! Was quite surprised to see it missing. Totally understand that it's a science-focussed entity - but culture shouldn't be absent!
