I have less Kb to send than i would though I finished registration before 13 jun  

I have seen that system say i have only 100 Kb to send, but i registered as asgardian before 13 june . It suppose i must have 200 Kb. Why only 100?

The KB limit is not for when you registered but for when you accepted the Constitution.  If it was for registration I would have 500Kb but I accepted the Constitution on the 13 so I only get 100Kb.
