Mi chiamo Alessia ho 24 anni e sto terminando la specialistica in psicologia clinica-affettiva all'università di Ginevra (Svizzera francese). Se tutto va bene il primo ottobre comincio un dottorato di ricerca. Ho lavorato come volontaria in ambito umanitario (unicef, croce rossa etc) e mi sono resa conto dell'importanza del concetto di Resilienza, la capacità di sapersi rialzare, di andare avanti, di essere flessibile e di adattarsi. In effetti il cuore delle mie ricerche (lavoro nell'ambito della ricerca) sarà proprio "come sviluppare e migliorare la resilienza". Asgardia è qualcosa di completamente nuovo e sono convinta che la capacità di adattamento, la flessibilità, la RESILIENZA sono dei valori importantissimi nella nostra giovane comunità. Proprio per questo mi sono candidata come "strategist", per aiutare Asgardia a diventare una comunità resiliente, fin dall'inizio. PS: per chi fosse di Roma o delle vicinanze, ho posto la candidatura anche per "Debutant" :-P
