I agree with you, and for this reason I used most of the votes for women.

i voted for who i thought was best for the job. therefore it was equality across the board. had i vote for someone because they were a woman or a man would mean i was not voting with equality. so what is being suggested here is not equality but a lets have equal numbers of men and women.
