 So I have been crunching numbers, and through the Hydrogen production  alone we can estimate market sales (and MAR 2018 market prices) to be  $6.10/gal (USD).   Through the OTEC process, it is estimated that we  would produce 66  Million cubic ft of H2 per day.  That is roughly  343,750 pounds or  580,938 gallons per day.  That works out to USD  $3,543,718.75 PER DAY!

 That's $1.3 Billion dollars per year PER COLONY!
