It would be interesting to know the exact method and the exact types of information used to verify a case. For example, can/has this system detected the test-fraud posted earlier? Or is the one case of voter fraud a different case?

I was just checking out the new membership for the Ontario, Canada region. I noticed the vast majority of new memberships are "Name Number." Such as "Rab 4" or "Bob 1". Seems like 10-1 or 12-1 for every actual name. Very suspicious!
