Seems like a nice idea on the surface. But I wouldn't use the terms brother or sister. I would not want to associate the drama of my internal family with that of the country at large...
"Fellow-man" or simply "Asgardian" would suffice.

Every Asgardian should respect and be kind to one another, but that does not mean that we need to treat eachother like brother and sisters... How will we ever be able to date or be married if everyones our "Brothers and sisters." It would make things way more complicated, i think. But everyone should be respectful, polite, and kind to one another.
