You expect a consideration of 3 "important" (subjective) points for a constitution without providing any reason?

Please explain your point please as I cannot see the Constitution to have 3 important points without any explanation.

I thought the reasoning was self-evident myself. I don't think that's the noteworthy facet.

I can't quite locate the third point. That could just be me being defective, but I think when there's three important points the most important feature is there is actually three points.

Ahh, I got it - should of waited a min an saved embaressing mesself.
