Article 4 in the Declaration of Unity does not mention sexual orientation, which I feel is important to include, even if it might be assumed under another category.  Is there any way we can adjust the Declaration of Unity to include this, as well as make sure it is included in any other area where relevant?

What do you mean by sexual orientation?  There should be no difference based on gender, race, etc. UNITY is the goal behind all of this.
