Have we had a lawyer look at this? ¶
Just from a cursory glance at the Asgardian constitution, I'm finding some of the provisions to be a little vague, and at least in USA overly vague statutes aren't enforceable, or are construed in favor of the party that didn't make them.
*As a side note, it's important that we enforce business agreements, have a currency that's backed by precious metals, and allow imprisonment for judges convicted of corruption. I'd prefer a decentralized power system (like a republic or a democracy) to a monarchy, as too much power in one pair of hands can be dangerous, but apparently we are a monarchy and that's that.
