Hey there all, Few people were talking about and e-learning portal, how can we go about this?

I had been working years as a teacher and I would like to change the educational system for the new one which really educate.Not encourage people to learn all by heart and that anable people to thicnk.And that let the teachers to teach not to produce the tonnes of the paper work that nobody read.
