The following issues should be corrected:

There is no timezone called GTM, I guess that GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) was intended. I recommend using UTC notations: UTC-5 (or GMT-5).

Time notations are internationally standardized to hours:minutes:seconds or hours:minutes. The chronicle entry actually uses the standardized microsecond separator (a dot) instead of a colon (:).

Do we know who is going?

I ask because this is a 24 hour drive, one way, for me. I shan't be going if there won't be significant Asgardian presence (...and if I can convince my boss to give me two days off during production).
