Dedicated Constitution forums

Greetings fellow Asgardians,

Given all the debate and discussion surrounding the Constitution along with all the suggestions for corrections/changes in light of a lack of search capability, I would suggest the following:

  1. A main topic off of the index dedicated to the Constitution.
  2. Sub-forums for each chapter.
  3. Sub-forums in each chapter for each article.
  4. The first post being a locked sticky of the chapter/article in it's current form
  5. posts with suggested changes/corrections
  6. debate over each suggestion/correction
  7. a predefined period for debate after which a vote will be held.
  8. after the vote, the article would either have been ratified or put to further debate.
  9. after all chapters and articles have been ratified individually, the entire Constitution can then be put up for acceptance and ratification by the populace.

It is my belief that this will result in several benefits:

  1. It will address concerns that have been raised and consolidate them in a single place.
  2. It will allow people to have an active role in how they choose to be governed.
  3. It will foster cooperation and develop relationships among the citizens.
  4. It will bring forth leaders organically among the populace.

Your feedback and input are greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to reply to me privately if you choose.

One Humanity - one unity

No.  Something more organized that breaks it down into smaller pieces with sub-forums for different chapters and articles.
