Once the statehood is established and administration is in place, your children that are born after that day will become citizens automatically. Other members of your family have to register at https://asgardia.space/en/join. If they are under 18 years old, they need the consent of a legal guardian. At the moment, Asgardia has no ground neither on space nor on earth, but Asgardia will be launching its’ first data satellite later this year, however with respect to the creation of an orbital habitat we are some years away with a tentative outline at having our first astronauts some 8-10 years from now.

Yes, just fill the form at https://asgardia.space/en/join with the e-mail address of your child and with your address at the bottom, and do this for all children you want to join Asgardia.
