Search message by keyword. Search user by name.

Definitely a plus one from me, while it really looks nice on a smartphone, navigation might become quite slow and annoying when the forum grows

I was about to open a new topic for this then I saw the suggestion list and then this page. It seems there is not much progress, judging by the still non-existing search function. One would think they would use some standard forum software package. I wonder what did they use when the forums were first setup.

By the look of it, it appears to be django-machina(https://github.com/ellmetha/django-machina/blob/master/machina/templates/machina/forum_search/search.html) - which seems to have a search function natively.
So without any better evidence to base anything on, we can suppose there are things we are not intended to find.
