How do you read the number on your certificate to be able to tell if your one of the first 200k?

The middle part of your ID (xxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxx) tells you whether you're one of the first 100k to have registered on the website. The number has to be  xxx-xxxx100000-xxx or less.
