good grief i havent been in here in forever, and now someone who cant comprehend how to post a thread with relevant information for what i assume is supposed to be his qualifications for some position with in the government; has spammed pointless information in a language i cant read and have to translate to find out that is nothing but like i dunno an advertisement for a degree or a degree this person thinks they have but in actuality doesnt.

I don't care if the forum dies, but please dont let spammers take it over and dont let people that cant figure out how to post, clutter up the forum either.
