I came across this name on TV by chance, and made sure to memorize to find it later n post here.

Turns out this genius back in 69 had developed a plan to put people on Mars. worked out the details and everything.

So my question is... what is humanity waiting on ? We have sent probes to Mars, there is a workable plan. what is stopping countries coming together to put humanity on another planet.?
