Medicinal exercise  

Like tai chi and qi gong

Sounds useful in space since the other crew should be kept exercising and also keeping vitality(health) up. Because of the benefits(gains) of the exercises do you think all the crew should be asked to do it? What about meditation, as something specificly as 'alternate health upkeep'?

When you are in space currently without gravity,  you are required resistance exercise because there is bone and muscle loss. Well rounded meals, high protein for muscles and brain function are needed plus calcium for bones. Long term of course multivitamins,  especially vitamin C.to prevent rickets.
