About voting rules and system ¶
In the true democracy, an option for voting blank (A protest vote (also known as a blank vote or white vote - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/None_of_the_above ) is mandatory. This should be recognized in all votings and if voting yields no less than +50% majority of all voters, the voting result should be delclared void and new voting/election must be declared which supersedes this rule and in the new ballot/voting the result can be formed with under 50% majority of the voters.
At this stage, there is no option for this.
I'm petitioning for constitution paragraph that rules any victimless "crime" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victimless_crime ) should never be considered to be made as a law.
