Yes, a simple public law-system for the public and a complicated lawyer law-system for the lawyers.

I didn't go to the Faculty of Laws . But logic and experiences show that we would need a very strong and stirn laws adopted for heterogenous , multiculturals society like Asgardian

Definitely Civil Law for the present although, as some noted, there can be issues with that.
I am in the process of an ambitious project - a full constitutional rewrite - and one way to help prevent some of the issues with Civil Law is to have values enshrined into the governmental and social process. Values such as Compassion and Justice, and Equity as a guide not only for the government, but also Asgardia and its citizens at large. Civil Law with a strong bend towards Compassion and Justice (activist) can mitigate and correct much.
Although, for those of you looking to AI, I wholeheartedly agree. This is really the core of the goals of a Resource Based Economy which I completely support as a goal and it is [campaign platform link removed] =)
