we are citizen of Asgardia too , and Asgardia is not in the earth. So we can have new rules for Asgardia.

Because there time changes at another place " for example 1 day is in earth = 2 hours in jupiter " maybe im not -18 in asgardia?

I understand and respect your request. Unfortunately until you reach 18 you have to have permission from your parents. Hang in there Manas, and study very much. When you become 18 you can do many wonderful things to help us develop Asgardia.
