There are many youth asgardians all over the world.Asgardia authorities must plan for their involvement in this project .They will be the best supporter in developing the space nation.Youth is the backbone of any country.policies must be declared as early as possible.

However, as we're unlikely to have borders any time soon - and thusly in no way actually responsible for our own population - rather than be hasty and do everything as "early as possible" I would suggest concentrate on doing the "best as possible". There's plenty of time, there's no rush.
