Hello everyone! I’m Luis the new one here!!! Maybe it’s not good start for me but please Can some one explain me how it’s possible that if we have 203,568 citizens, why we only have 646 donors??? Hummm, are the other 203,568 people real? Or just don’t believe that a city in the space it’s posible??
