In my dream of utopia: creative spaces for utopian thinkin g

My name is  Feng ZHOU. I am a sociology professor in France. I am truly interested in the Asgardia program and believe that my personal profile is applied to a qualified candidate for the position.

As Research Assistant, I continued strengthening my knowledge, skills and interest in the field of analysis and controlling. I worked closely with different universities. Based on these experience, I finished several theses and won twice Chinese National Outstanding Scholar Abroad Award in 2014 and 2015 (the highest level of scholarship for Chinese scholars aboard).

In my dream, Asgardia should be built as an utopia.

1) Freedom

The most logical goal is that the aggregate satisfaction level has to be highest for the most people.  Another logical answer is that, since all of the previous questions are important and since utopia is arguably the quest for perfection, that all the questions should be answered as a quest for perfection.  Everything should get better.

Asgardia Utopia is then a perfect society that undergoes continual improvement to achieve the highest aggregate satisfaction level for the most people.  Utopian society also provides freedom for all.  Everybody has different needs and different concepts of Utopia.  asgardia therefore provides different levels and conditions so that all can live in a world that’s perfect for themselves.   One man’s heaven may be another man’s hell.  A utopian Asgardia would allow a man to remove freely。

2) knowledge sharing

Knowledge constitutes a valuable, intangible asset for creating and sustaining competitive advantages within organizations. ^[4] Several factors affect knowledge sharing in organizations, such as organizational culture, trust, incentives, and technology. Asgardia should focus on the knowledge sharing.

本人33岁，目前在法国大学里教授社会学课程，希望可以借Asgardia认识更多的朋友分享更多的快乐。现在asgardia还处于雏形阶段，希望有一天我们可以走出更实质性的一步。

我希望大家可以一起努力，建立一个没有边界，没有强权，没有官僚的乌托邦，一个可以实现平等自由知识共享的乐土
