The election process is currently incredibly vague. Supposedly you are only able to become a debutant, strategist, and a trendsetter by getting votes. Yet I am able to put my level as Trendsetter depsite as far as I know having no votes yet. In addition it is never mentioned how one gains votes nor puts themselves up for candidacy. From what I have gathered after much experimentation is that going to our profile and filling out the different candidacy profiles automatically makes us candidates. In addition it seems that perhaps votes on people's individual blog posts/posts on the forum could potentially be the votes that the election page talks about. I recommend that this be clarified as soon as possible.
