Asgardia should be an elite country of mutual cooperation, equality, prosperity and high quality

Equality is everyone's basic power. As a public servant, I will work hard to eliminate inequality. As my current position, as human resources director of the company, I not only want to ensure the fair treatment of employees, but also motivate staff's enterprising spirit and cohesion. Without initiative, I can not create value. Without cohesion, I can not unite and collaborate. Without equality, there is no real prosperity; without equality, there is no quality.

Although Asgardia may find it a strange experiment, it is where it fascinates me as it is making a groundbreaking effort to allow all mankind to integrate into a new society without distinction of race and national boundaries Let me see new hope.

If there's a chance, I'll push Asgardia's law to eliminate inequality at the legal level and everything in line with the principles of law to ensure that there is an optimal solution at all times, and I hope the emergence of Asgardia will Let more people pay attention to human nature.

平等是每个人的基本权力，作为一名公仆，我会一直努力消除不平等。如同我现在所处的岗位，身为公司人力资源主管，我不但要保证员工的公平待遇，也要激励员工的进取心以及凝聚力，没有进取心就无法创造价值，没有凝聚力就无法团结和协作。没有平等，就没有真正的繁荣；没有平等，就谈不上高素质。
尽管Asgardia会让人觉得是一种奇怪的实验，但却正是它让我着迷的地方，因为它正在进行一项创举，让全人类不区分人种和国界地融合进一个新的社会，并让我看到新的希望。
如果有机会，我会推动Asgardia的法律，从法律层面来消除不平等，一切的一切都要遵循法律的原则，以确保在任何时候都能有最佳的解决方式，而且我希望Asgardia的出现能够让更多的人去关注人性。
