I am Haris Toulios and you van find below a draft proposal for our Asgardian e-Government framework outline:

Services that can primarily active in our Nation's eGovernment issues and the actions planned and implemented are outlined below:

I. Policy axes

The main policy axes of the e-Gov Ministry will include:

1. The provision of Digital Services
- Creation of integrated government platform digital service - e-AsgardiaCitizenService.
- Design for development and implementation of mobile phone applications.
- Data exchange system between government agencies (e-Gov now).
- Cooperation on the design and implementation of a single electronic payment system for the Asgardians and a one-stop e-invoicing system.
- Specialisation and implementation of any laws on eGovernment.

2. The efficient operation of the public administration
- Electronic Document Handling in Internal Procedures and Communication between Public Bodies.

Use of digital signatures and electronic document circulation in Ministries.
Electronic document handling with key users of public services (providing digital signatures to lawyers, accountants, engineers, etc.)
- Integrated Financial Management (ERP)
- Interconnection of key registries (AsgardianID, AsgardianTax, AsgardianNationalHealth)

3. The implementation of the Unified Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
- Census system for the Nation's civil servants

4. Open Government
- Promoting transparency and participation activities
- Implementation of a Unified Citizen / National Relationship Management System (CRM).

5. The implementation of infrastructure projects for public bodies and the service of citizens and businesses
- Creating a single data storage and management center (G-Cloud).
- Implementation a system for the telecommunication interconnection of all government agencies.
- The provision of broadband services in all areas (Applicable in the Future).

II. Coordination Committee for eGovernment

We can set up a Coordination Committee which will operate eGovernment. Main role would be to define and develop the digital strategy and the individual actions of eGovernment at national level and ensure coordination between ministries. The Committee is chaired by the Minister of the Office of Strategic and Digital Design and the Ministry Secretary General of Finance.

- Asgardia Special Strategic Planning and Implementation Program - ASIP
- Asgardia Special Operations Program Management ASOP
- Asgardia Information Society - AIS
