Some people saying it is a UFO and some are saying that it is an Asteroid. Although the image is released by SpaceX, i could not locate the source, if anyone of you will get the link then please comment in the box. By considering the image is true, I personally feel the object is pretty strange, it does not look like an Asteroid having the blue-red tail and asymmetrical head and looked like having various metallic cathetus in a symmetrical manner with a bright orange center.

On 15 May 2019 at 03:23 PM PDT Gina Maria Colvin Hill captured through her telescope a series of cigar-shaped objects next to the sun. She posted the images on her Facebook page and although not all the photos show strange unidentified objects, this image shows one object that stands out and what looks like a cigar-shaped craft.

On April 25, 2019, the National Science Foundation's Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) and the European-based Virgo detector registered gravitational waves from what appears likely to be a crash between two neutron stars—the dense remnants of massive stars that previously exploded. One day later, on April 26, the LIGO-Virgo network spotted another candidate source with a potentially interesting twist: it may in fact have resulted from the collision of a neutron star and black hole, an event never before witnessed. "The latest LIGO-Virgo observing run is proving to be the most exciting one so far," says David H. Reitze of Caltech, Executive Director of LIGO. "We're already seeing hints of the first observation of a black hole swallowing a neutron star. If it holds up, this would be a trifecta for LIGO and Virgo—in three years, we'll have observed every type of black hole and neutron star collision. But we've learned that claims of detections require a tremendous amount of painstaking work—checking and rechecking—so we'll have to see where the data takes us." The Eta Aquarids is an above average shower, capable of producing up to 60 meteors per hour at its peak. Source: It is produced by dust particles left behind by comet Halley, which has known and observed since ancient times. When: The shower runs annually from April 19 to May 28. It peaks this year on the night of May 6 and the morning of the May 7. The thin crescent moon will set early in the evening leaving dark skies for what should be a good show. Best viewing will be from a dark location after midnight. Where: Most of the activity is seen in the Southern Hemisphere. In the Northern Hemisphere, the rate can reach about 30 meteors per hour. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Aquarius, but can appear anywhere in the sky. A newly discovered asteroid designated 2019 HE flew past Earth at a distance of 0.58 LD / 0.00149 AU (222 900 km / 138 540 miles) on April 20, 2019. This is the 18th known asteroid to flyby Earth within 1 lunar distance since the start of the year. This object belongs to the Apollo group of asteroids. It was first observed at Palomar Mountain, ZTF on April 21, one day after it made its close approach to our planet. It has an estimated diameter between 13 and 30 m (42 - 98 feet) and it flew past Earth at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 12.17 km/s.

This Friday brings us an astrological event known as the Pink Moon — but the moon won’t actually be pink. The full moon gets a different name each month (based on Algonquin naming traditions), and a full moon in April is called a Pink Moon. The name Pink Moon comes from one of the first spring flowers, Wild Ground Phlox, also known as Moss Phlox (Phlox subulata) as they cover the ground like a pink blanket. These brightly-colored flowers are native to North America, and they often bloom around the time of April's Full Moon. The first Full Moon in April is also known as the Paschal Moon in the ecclesiastical (Christian) calendar, because it is used to calculate the date for Easter; the first Sunday after the Paschal Moon is Easter Sunday.

Astronomers have discovered a third planet in the Kepler-47 system, securing the system's title as the most interesting of the binary-star worlds. Using data from NASA's Kepler space telescope, a team of researchers, led by astronomers at San Diego State University, detected the new Neptune-to-Saturn-size planet orbiting between two previously known planets. With its three planets orbiting two suns, Kepler-47 is the only known multi-planet circumbinary system. Circumbinary planets are those that orbit two stars. What is circumbinary planets: As is common with circumbinary planets, the alignment of the orbital planes of the planets change with time. In this case, the middle planet's orbit has become more aligned, leading to a stronger transit signal. The transit depth went from undetectable at the beginning of the Kepler Mission to the deepest of the three planets over the span of just four years. The SDSU researchers were surprised by both the size and location of the new planet. Kepler-47d is the largest of the three planets in the Kepler-47 system. With the discovery of the new planet, a much better understanding of the system is possible. For example, researchers now know the planets in in this circumbinary system are very low density – less than that of Saturn, the Solar System planet with the lowest density. While a low density is not that unusual for the sizzling hot-Jupiter type exoplanets, it is rare for mild-temperature planets. Kepler-47d’s equilibrium temperature is roughly 50 degrees F (10 degrees C), while Kepler-47c is 26 degrees F ( 32 degrees C). The innermost planet, which is the smallest circumbinary planet known, is a much hotter 336 degrees F (169 degrees C). The inner, middle, and outer planets are 3.1, 7.0, and 4.7 times the size of the Earth, and take 49, 187, and 303 days, respectively, to orbit around their suns. The stars themselves orbit each other in only 7.45 days; one star is similar to the Sun, while the other has a third of the mass of the Sun. The entire system is compact and would fit inside the orbit of the Earth. It is approximately 3340 light-years away in the direction of the constellation Cygnus. On April 12th, a giant mysterious figure appeared on the ice on the south side of Haitai, Qinghai Lake Erlang Sword Festival. According to the photographer, Qing Xiu, Qinghai Lake Tourism Group Co., Ltd., the deputy general Heng Xiu introduced the picture was taken at 11 o'clock on the same day, the area is more than 100 square meters, the specific reasons for the unknown are unknown. In the search for extraterrestrial life, Scientists have tried to explore celestial bodies like mars, which suggested that it had geological features and still has subsurface of liquid water, an almost approx condition for life. Scientists have also tried to search for the same course in Saturn's moons Titan and Enceladus as well as Jupiter's moons Europa, Ganymede and Callisto with a possibility for life in the oceans under their icy crusts. Now, scientists are getting much interest in the clouds of Venus in the hunt for life. The habitability of Venus' clouds was first noted by biophysicist Harold Morowitz in 1967 and famed astronomer Carl Sagan. Decades later, the planetary scientists David Grinspoon, Mark Bullock and their colleagues expanded on the idea. An international team of researchers led by planetary scientist Sanjay Limaye of the University of Wisconsin–Madison's Space Science and Engineering Center published a paper online on March 30, 2018, in the journal Astrobiology, according to which it lays out a case for the atmosphere of Venus as a possibility for extraterrestrial microbial life.
