First Space Nation invites the most creative Asgardians to pitch their designs and ideas on how the gold medal ‘For Achievements in Space Exploration’ should look.

On this occasion we invite you to share your ideas on how one of the award's elements — the gold medal — should look.

The medal will become a part of the National award, which will go to individual or organization for extraordinary contributions to the advancement of human civilization in space. The award also includes an Asgardian pin and a certificate.

Unity day that happens on the 1st of Asgard (18th of June) every year is significant for all Asgardians. It got its name after the ‘unified voting day’ when Asgardian citizens were called upon to vote on the Constitution and the national symbols. The Constitution went on to pass with an overwhelming majority and the Declaration of Unity was enshrined by the Asgardian people. Unity Day is seen by Asgardians as a time to come together and celebrate in the spirit of the declaration of unity and Asgardia’s slogan “One Humanity, One Unity.” This year is shaping up to be better than ever as the Mayors of Asgardia and candidates that have paid their registration fee are set to take to the stage and rally their followers and host events, gatherings and celebrations across the world. To participate in the contest Mayors must come up with celebration ideas that could range from a cosy café meeting to a car rally. They'll be organising events and rounding up potential Asgardians to participate. During the celebration, the Mayors will arrange for quality videos to be recorded to mark and capture the occasion. All the videos will be published on the website where all followers and residents can vote for the celebration that they thought was the best of the bunch. Selecting the best videos from all the submissions will rest in the hands of the residents and followers. There will be limited Asgardian memorabilia awarded to top participants and the Mayor behind the video that is voted as the top submission will be invited as a guest to attend the first ever Asgardian Scientific and Investment Congress that will be held in ESA’s European Space Operation Center in Darmstadt, Germany, October 14-17, 2019.
