If the space ship or space station would have been now built i would had volunteered to go up there, but alas it will take decades until that will become a reality.

You should probably read around the forums and the website a bit more :) We are not going to space anytime soon, probably not in our lifetime. We will be sending our own satellites and such things to space that will help us stay connected as the first "space nation". ...
