If we look into the past, the development of a country based on its innovation capability or natural resource. The utility of natural resources is also based on innovation, like petroleum becomes a worth full natural resource after its innovation as a fuel for light, vehicle, cooking and then electricity.
In our childhood, we always had a debate on “Science is a boon or curse”. The effective conclusion was that science is a boon, but we people are making its utility as a curse. Example nuclear energy versus nuclear weapon

Biology of humans, animals, and plants - Humans depend on food, water and air. The direct threat to humans is polluted resources like incomplete tested genetic food, contaminated water, and polluted air. Indirect threat is, by the enemy or by other terrestrial civilization may harm our biosphere or snatch our resources. Also bugs, bacteria, and virus can disturb or harm our human civilization. Either these small enemies may be projected by enemy countries, by imbalance nature, or cause due to human’s negligibility.
Genetic changes could take place due to change in the atmosphere

, gravitation

and radiation

. Considering these threats we need to keep watching and take innovative steps for prevention and remedies. In a space transportation system flight STS-90 (Neurolab) more than 1,632 genes changed at steady state during microgravity culture

. Such studies show that how much more research is needed to do, for genetic stability during space exploration.
Innovation for, preventing the direct threat on biosphere should be at first priority. Direct threat always occurred due to our own task or incomplete research by government and corporate. In such issue, we need research for fast testing and measurements. Fast testing includes chemicals, physical, mathematical, animal and human testing. To overcome such thereat we need to do the following:

Designing simulation environment using the advanced mathematical tool, can yield fast testing, to check side effect of innovative medicine, therapy or chemical.

Designing artificial organs to study the effect of the innovative product more precisely. It can also lead to avoid dangerous human testing.

Using MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) technology to watch precisely and more accurately the changing behavior of the Biosphere. These data can be used to predict the local and future threat on the biosphere and human civilization.

Development of Nanorobot or Nanotechnology to cure major diseases like Alzheimer, cancer, cardiac and etc. Such robots may flow in blood vessels and they can protect similar like Beta cells in the blood. Those who play computer games and also having knowledge of medicine can work as a cyber-doctor.

Keep searching places to live other than earth. If found, we should develop at least minimum infrastructure for the survival of the human civilization.

Today global market depends on World news - Market run by consumer’s demand and regular technological need in Defense, Space Exploration and etc. Unites Nation, several governments of states and some of the corporate sectors are playing a major role in developing human civilization. Following are some problems and their suggestion, for technology which are affecting global market:
Loss of armaments during war - World needs more progressive research in the field of space technology. Today we are wasting our bombs in war, which are like our resources. Bomb materials may be used to keep safe humans during space exploration. Also, such companies need to focus on “space age” requirements. It is a bitter truth that war between humans will never stop, but we can reduce their usage by compensating with the non-lethal weapon (including

The change in atmosphere, gravitation, and radiation can lead to genetic disorder and may yield competitive species on earth. In future, we will need those non-used armaments to keep our civilization alive.

Camera and sensor are becoming the eyes of the system (e.g. Government, companies and Journalism). They are exploring our wrong habits and culture in jobs, society, health, domestic safety and etc. In addition cameras and sensor are spying our privacy, feeling and thinking. So such development shows how innovation without proper regulation disturbs our society. Government or social administrator should need to take steps in the development of such regulatory institution to suppress side effect of any new innovation. Such regulatory intuition should have scientist, lawyer, social activist and government representative. The regulatory institution should have their own well-equipped lab, along with high moral stakeholder. Most of the developing countries lack such kind of lab facilities and high moral stakeholders.

Garbage in space- It is like a bomb for developed countries. The enemy can destroy your satellite from earth or your satellite could be destroyed by garbage in the space and will produce more space garbage. The suggestion is, we should design robots having low weight which can absorb gas and use it as propulsion movement. A group of such robots will make space clean, by collecting garbage using carbon fiber or electro-magnetic strength.

Antigravity and quantum propulsion can lead to low-cost space travel. Such researches will lead an exploration of minerals on Moon, Mars, and asteroid belt and far in space. There, we will need ground penetrating radars on satellite and drone to detect minerals and biological matters.

Food processing and preservation could be done by automation, vacuum packaging, and Gamma-ray preservation technique. Developing countries and poor countries lack such facilities. At present processing of food is bit easier than preservation. Because preservation depends on the preservative material, which is not good for human health in long duration intake. To avoid such preservative and to keep food for years to the decade we need more affordable innovation in this respect.

Governments of several countries and United Nation need to monitor earth as one model for the atmospheric or social issues. Planet earth needs to have a monitoring through both longitude and latitude. This can create more awareness and will control any changes across any area of the earth.

Incomplete research due to little knowledge creates side effect on humans. The remedy is that we can make some labs exclusively dedicated to checking technological side effects on humans (similar like pollution check). Innovation needs reliable simulation software to check the effect on humans.

Homosapien
migrated and expand their civilization in different races. Countries formed and war of kingdom leads to innovation of protection from the enemy. Innovation during war results into improvements in the standard of living (e.g. airplane, internet). Then reaction of innovation and misconception results in social war or religious war. After such situation, likeminded people start to escape and keep working for long-term survival of human species. In future, these species have genetic changes to survive on other planets or solar system. Might be this circle will continue in future. So start thinking of innovation in this way, will give your organization several opportunities to work for human genetic bandwidth.
So in conclusion, we can take several steps to control biosphere. To keep sustainable market and development of human living, we need to rethink for the future requirement, the concern products of the warhead, sensors, space exploration, fast and low-cost travel, and innovative product to control the enemy. Today planet earth has a new culture and in the future, there will be more migration of humans across the globe. This will require stronger United Nation and the country who can think and plan for this, will lead the whole world.
