I've cleaned it up a bit. The important part is outcome 2 and the very great possibility that whoever is left will ALL vote "Yes" with a 100% result. Afterall, they have just been witness to what happens when you "vote" against the will of HRH King Igor

Problem with "Vote yes or be denied citizenship."

1. Those who agree with the proposition will vote "Yes" to become a citizen.
2. Those who don't understand the issues involved but vote "Yes" because they know they will be granted citizenship.
3. Those that vote "No" and will denied citizenship.
4. Those who oppose the proposition could vote "Yes", to gain citizenship.
5. Those who oppose the proposition and have "smarts" could abstain or not vote and avoid being denied citizenship
6. Voters are not able to vote, are too idle to vote or choose not to vote.

Two possible outcomes:

1. The proposition is passed with a majority. (whatever figure is required to be a majority)
2. The proposition is opposed with a majority. (whatever figure is required to be a majority)

If the proposition is passed how valid is the result?

If  the proposition is opposed, the result is valid but a majority of the users are now excluded from further participation. In that case is the EU model of democracy followed and a further Vote held?

As, at the moment, we're not citizens but " users " (technically: L2 , " certified users ", not L3 " citizens "), your cases 5 and 6 doesn't apply as:
5. who abstain remains L2 (user), having nothing to "lose": can still write here, I bet, but won't be an active part of Asgardian's decisions ('till gone through the "adoption procedure" which will be put in place in the future, to cope with later signers), nor pay taxes, nor benefit by any "feature" will be developed.
6. who is unable to vote/too idle /choose not to vote falls in the previous case, exactly the way L1 vs L2 difference have been handled in the near past: who registered but not confirmed his/her data remained L1 " uncertified user ", so unable to take part into the next voting procedure.

About the outcomes, I bet it will depend on numbers ( quorum even: I don't remember it have been specified (*) ): at the moment (I hope it will change), the "raw majority" (50%+1 of the voters) is enough to make "yes" to win.
Quorum gets into the field when, just to say, will vote in 100 persons over 180.000 total: il 51 vote "yes" is that enough to say "yes wins"? 51 is both 50%+1 of the voters AND 0,0283% of the whole registered users (L2): I don't think one can declare victory, basing on 0,0283% of the L2 pool.
So, it should be established that:

1. Quorum is (at least) 50% of the whole L2 users: 90.000 (but, for a constitutional vote , quorum should be raised, e.g. 70-80% : 126.000-144.000)
2. as said, not 50%+1 but 2/3 (Qualified Majority, 66% ), 60.000 users (or 84.000-96.000 if 70-80% quorum), have to vote "yes" to declare it the winner

What will happen if less than Q% users will vote or less than QM% vote "yes"?.. mistery!

IMHO the Constitution and Document of Unity have to be amended, reviewed and reproposed as a whole new draft, so that another voting process can take place, and this again and again until Q uorum and Q ualified Majority are both met .
Maybe, someone will prefer to make 50.000 "bots" (fake users) to vote (yes), to avoid the burden to include some kind of democracy in the process... who knows? ;-)
Maybe, as you previously told, someone will say " as 123.456 users voted 'yes' Asgardia is legally founded and the Constitution approved "... who knows? (and, moreover, who checks ?)

(*) art. 43 speaks about "quorum":

Article 43 . Quorum for Adoption of the Constitution
Asgardia’s Constitution is adopted if more than half of the total number of Asgardian
citizens on the date of the vote voted in favour, and for adoption of the first Constitution, the
number of persons required by part 2, article 39 of this Constitution

Here we can see one of the (BIG) flaws of this constitution's draft: first part of art. 43 specifies " more than half " (50%+1) but that's not the "quorum": it's, in the quorum, the amount of " citizens of a preferential bases " (art. 42) have to vote "yes" for the Constitution to be approved, trivially said: the bare majority.
The real quorum should be described into " part 2 art. 39 "... unfortunately, that part describes the National Audit Office ... which have no part at all in " forming a quorum " or into quorum's calculations.

There is a barrier for who is using latin characters (UTF/ASCII), I imagine how it can be for who uses cyrillic, arab, korean, vietnamese, chinese, etc. etc...

The problem with translators is, as they've mainly developed by english speakers, they translate very well from/to english-like languages... and very funny into all others (e.g. french to italian, italian to greek, etc.). ;-)
That's mainly why I preferred to directly learn english (as I had a basic knowledge), instead of relying to a translator (even if I usually check my sentences that way, before publishing, to be sure I'm not writing funny things too).

Unish is a simplified internation language like, that follows a simple set of grammatical rules. However it's vocabulary is drawn from potentially any source.  You basically suggest a word and meaning and by consensus it is drawn into the language.
