Essentially what we need is a functioning market, as long as we trade with gor, it will gain its value. And since we are still a completely digital nation, things should be pretty simple as the currency is just lines of codes. And we trade just like we do on Amazon or eBay. Sounds easy enough.

Phick yes foruns use that, but we are putting it in a real economy, the context is not the same, i am using as basic for our economy the Law of supply and demand, In a normal and healthy economy it would go on this Cycle:

1. A organization need someone for a job and offer money;
2. Someone go and 'pick' the job for the money;
3. After that he uses this money that he have gained to go buy things;
4. The place where he have Bought the product use the money to pay someone;
5. Repeat this Cycle;

I am sugesting it because we do not have Asgardian Jobs, we do not circulate money, so the coin of Asgardia would be drastically undervalued at the point where it could destroy our "economy".

The idea to use its method its to put the money to circulate, we would all have a way to 'gain' money, and begin to adquire value to our coin...

there is a problem with it, we do not have where to spend the Asgardia Coin, there no place selling products or services after we win some AC what we wil do with it, well Asgardia could use its store to us begin spending the AC, but after we have exausted our AC how we will win more of AC's??

@ LoreZyra Unfortunately, while the principles and intent behind your thoughts are good and noble, the technocracy is an untenable idea doomed to glorious failure. The system is extremely easy to rig--one can tweak tests, access to materials, and other checks to make sure only the group you want will meet the arbitrary bar you set at the end of the day, to the detriment of all others. It's one of the oldest tricks in the book, and immediately causes oppression and classism. It also fails to prevent corruption, and in fact a technocracy is extraordinarily weak against corruption by nature. Worst, knowledge has no relation to morality. It will not select the people you are thinking it will, nor will it lead to the good end you dream, regrettably--it will devolve into an elitism theocracy (with all the evil and problems that creates) just with a techno bent (think "1984").
The greatest problem of all faced by anything we design is that the people who come after us will try to game our system and corrupt it as much as is possible for the benefit of  themselves and their chosen "group" (or aimed to destroy another group). Corruption is the norm, and we must assume corruption to its extreme to see if whatever system we devise is actually reliable--for in the real world this will happen without fail given sufficient time. All systems we wish to have stand the test of time must be designed robustly against corruption. And as I pointed out at the start, a technocracy by its very definition due to the game-able hurdles and classism it creates, is extraordinarily weak to corruption,  because to take it over all one and their group needs to do is take over the "criteria" and the access of others to the tools necessary to meet  that "criteria". We need something very different than this type of government (there is a reason it has never worked in the real world, even in microcosms).

First, permit me to start by saying no form of government, in all of recorded history, has ever been "perfect" and incorruptible . Look at the USA. For about a couple centuries, it was looked upon as a model for a FULL democracy. (At least that is how it was sold in history books.) Very recently, it was demoted as a 'flawed democracy' . AS you have stated: people will " try to game our system and corrupt it as much as is possible for the benefit of themselves... " Indeed, this is evident when you observe the American political system. All power is corruptible. (Think of SciFi fantasy -  Star Wars... 😀 ) Humans, as social creatures, will never cease to display & increase their status and "power" over others. It's both a feature and a bane of humanity that is inescapable. Without this drive, we have no motivation. With it, nothing is unachievable.

Second, your premise: " knowledge has no relation to morality... " is incorrect and highly biased. Humans are born with no inherit concept of morality. The concept of morality requires past experience and hence knowledge to construct such ideas. A moral proposition must refer to an object or event, or category of object or events, and without some knowledge of the events or objects, it is impossible to hold the "moral" position at all. Additionally, morality is subjective to a point. What is moral for one society cannot be inherently moral for another society. For example, a Japanese samurai during the eighteenth century would see it moral to disembowel himself before the lord of the land to preserve his family's honor. Whereas that same act in a Christian America would be seen as immoral. The concept of morality itself is not genetic. Rather, it is nurtured by the community which sponsors it.

Third, the ideal amount of time to devise and construct a proper constitution is not two (sleepless) days! However, I had serious time constraints to deliver what I felt to be a superior document than what Asgardia presented us. Additionally, it had to be as close to the original draft in structure and format as possible. Ideally, I would have started from scratch and built something far better! But I knew such attempt would simply be tossed aside as the admin team was not looking for a new constitution... So,  I worked with what I had...

I have considered it possible to game the system for which I proposed. I believe the philosophy and merits of Technocracy far out-weigh the demerits for which I have constructed. Devolution into " an elitism theocracy " is a stretch to imagine. It seems to me that you are confusing technocracy with meritocracy . To give everyone a chance to participate in government, I made the lower echelons (parliament) directly elected by the citizenry. Even the Council is filled by members appointed by Parliament (the citizens).

" Corruption is the norm... " I suppose you subscribe to the selfish gene hypothesis? " [W]e must assume corruption to its extreme to see if whatever system we devise is actually reliable... " Fair enough, what do you propose?? To my limited knowledge, there have been no countries founded on technocracy. We have no extensive, documented experience, as humans, with this form of government. As it stands, it was proposed about a century ago when the American financial crisis hit a peak prior to WWII. I will not profess it to be the most perfect form of government. But I will argue, article-by-article and point-by-point all night that it is far superior to the Constitutional Monarchy presented by Asgardia.Space...

Your post is extremely interesting, and I've to say I can mostly agree. Have to say I was for Representative Democracy also and voted for Technocracy more after seeing how @LoreZyra exposed it than for it's intrinsic values (so, that's a first failure of my thoughts into Technocracy ;-)).
The only thing I'm feeling the lack, while reading your post, is to read about a viable alternative, even a very raw draft: would you like to elaborate on this basis, please?

If I were you, I would not that much obsessed with First 100k anymore. That was a figure designated with over expectation after the initial rush of 600k applicants back December. Showing interest or commitment are to different things. In our case commitments fell short.

Answer to your concern is already given in Voting Regulations Decree ( 17 March 2017 - Decree N3 ). Article 2 dictates that ' Each certified Asgardian has right to vote '.
