With Asgardia we have a precious opportunity that is not afforded to the people of most eras. This is the opportunity to design our society the way we see fit without the burden of a deeply ingrained governmental and political system. We have the chance to sculpt our future as did the Founding Fathers of the United States, using the greatest ideas of our time to create something entirely new, something that will work for modern and future Asgardians alike which could not have been designed by our predecessors.

There is a great wealth of ideas developed by the best thinkers of today that deserve the chance to be put into action and, above all, tested to see if and how they will will work in practice. Most modern governments are unable to do this because of their historical systems overloaded with layers of bureaucracy designed to slow change. In order to keep improving our system for the betterment of our citizens we must continually be trialing small changes so that we learn and gradually approach the unattainable asymptote of perfection.

I want to create for Asgardia a precedent of experimentation and improvement, to build it into our system such that it is a foundational principal that courses through our veins.

I believe I am well equipped to help Asgardia achieve this vision and develop into the great and honored nation it is destined to be. A scientist and engineer by trade and Summa Cum Laude graduate of Princeton University, I am above all a polymath with a deep passion for continuous learning. With varying interests from particle physics and political theory to wine and cooking, I am always seeking to learn more and would bring a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to our Parliament. As a citizen of world and aspiring polyglot, I have competency in four languages (English, Italian, French, & Spanish) and share the Asgardian view of the ideal world without physical borders.

I am sure that all you Asgardians are as excited about our burgeoning nation as I am, and I would be thrilled to represent you as MAyor of our great city.
