A lot of time in leadership things are pretty clear cut, but the rest of the time you need to be creative. Not everything is black and white and the people need a person who can see and embrace the grey in the world. People need a charismatic and intelligent leader who will view things from all sides and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision. I feel I am that person. I have lead on a small scale and I have lead on larger scales. I instill confidence in others and can keep things light when the need arises. I thank you for your consideration.
