Paul bro, "blocked" means? i don't know much about culture, though ppl all live in one, tend to interpret 'culture' as habit package, pack the habits or common senses of all walks at local. habit = Dos + Don'ts, Dos r things included, Don'ts r excluded, try check which is more, Dos or Don'ts? checking the local habits in my area, the Don'ts r more than Dos(maybe finding sth forbidden is much easier than sth allowed, more example data should be collected, more perspective be included) , temporary conclusion: it's an exclusive culture here(already exclude criminal activities out of "Don'ts"). it's not objective enough though, exclusive culture maybe make one feel "blocked" or excluded, while inclusive culture make one feel included? why ppl tend to exclude? exclude "bad" things protect one from danger? ppl's fear of being excluded make them exclude others? it's obvious as most said exclusion block more opportunities than dangers, but ppl still hesitate taking risk to include, fearing trouble and failure, how ppl deal with trouble and failure now? exclude--leave the trouble solving itself or fermenting to a bigger scale then ppl spend more money and energy to exclude. it seemed more practical we deal with our habit treating trouble and failure first, drop the exclude habit step by step, inclusion is integration of energy, material, information, include thoughts and tech make attacking power to supporting power
