There should be at least 90 days for public commentary followed by a revised proposed constitution with an additional 30 days for public commentary followed by a preliminary non-binding vote followed by another revision or the scheduling of a final vote. But there does not seem to be time for such things.

I think that wherever company is, is good, we going to have something to our favor, we will be a Technological Nation. We could orient ourselves only to technology development and we could sell that technology to another company or country. Obviously, we would need to have our own technology. That’s a good form to earn money for our country.

I agree that eventually Asgardia will have to develop its own educational system and all that it entails, which might heavily rely on the use of the electronic medium. This could also generate employment, as online teachers and tutors would be needed, but also IT people that could create specialized software. Ultimately, I believe there's a need to understand that perhaps the greatest challenge will be unlearning in order to learn something new or something different. Asgardia's success might depend on the number of citizens that will be able to do this in order to create a better society.

By and large, humans are racist, sexist, and most of the other -ists in the spectrum. That is a programmed response to things. We are taught that by visual, audio, and other forms of cues, but the fact of the matter is humans are exclusive to a fault. A quick word association exercise could tell you that. Creating a new language would just add one more division to the human race, and I do believe that the goal of Asgardia is to represent and possibly unite humanity as opposed to separate and run off. Humans as a whole want to be good. That is why we love the stories with the good endings. We pick the good side in video games. We sometimes help others in need. We want to be inclusive, but social mores put up so many blocks, it makes it difficult. My suggestion is take the 2 or 3 most spoken languages and make an amalgam of them (something like Firefly did (the tv show)). This way everyone understands everyone and you do not need people to translate. I also think that if we strive for this inclusion, then everyone should speak in that language. I know it is comforting to speak in your native tongue, but it isolates people from the conversation. True, someone might be eavesdropping, or butting in, but have you ever walked by a group of people and wondered what they are talking about because you do not know that language? Anyway, that is my 2 cents

I'm pretty sure that, even in space as on the Earth, people have usually *enough to do* (trivially said "to work") to have the time to stay all day, all minutes behind the government and the things this will have to do. That's why, usually, there is a ***representative democracy***, with (usuallly) "three distinct powers", to avoid each of them to overcome each other. In some democratic systems people vote for their own *representatives* only (which will form the *Parliament*), which in turn elects the *government*, into other democracies people vote for *representatives* **and** for the *President*. There are many other government forms but most of them, nearly all, prevides people is *represented*, not directly acting as a government. At the moment we're a few (less than 200.000 certified asgardians) so one may think we should take the *direct democracy* way. But Constitutions are made to last for long time, and in this horizon we'll grow as a Nation, so we should probably take a *representative democracy* way instead.
